Destructive!! The make a hole right into the immature fruit even before the flower has a chance to open! They can wipe out an entire crop of squash or cucumbers for us. This year I am going to try covering the crop with 1/4" mesh to see if that keeps the moths out but allows the bees though. We'll see.
