Today's Weather in Your Garden - 14
Looks like we got about three inches and it's already melting. That's great mamasita! Good luck to him the rest of the way. Doesn't sound like he needs it though! I had AP English in HS and it was very helpful to have that out of the way for freshman year of college. The engineering curriculum was daunting enough without it!
only 3"? Must be nice!! Melting??? Maybe in Jun/July!
Oh no! Too much snow for everyone who has posted. No snow here, just rain. It's getting to be much too long of a winter.
Great news, mamasita Lynn! It feels so great to be proud of our kids.
We only had 7" of the lovely heavy wet sticky hateful 4 letter word! And my Hubby had the nerve to say he's sooo glad we're not in FL this year--he really missed winters! That's a true VT/NH person speaking, I guess. Me, I'm a CT Yankee who wishes I was with that Arizona person admiring a vine in full bloom!
I feel so bad for you Pixie. We only got about 10 inches out of this storm and I was complaining!! My backyard is buried and I'm so discouraged i don't even want to take a pic. It would be nice when I'm complaining about the heat and humidity next summer to look back and think the heat really is not so bad!!! Eleanor
This is so strange. It's 42 deg. outside right now and SNOWING! Last night we had a good 6 or 7 inches, then when I woke up, it was sunny and 50 deg. Weird!? Now it's snowing heavily.
Well, HAPPY MARCH!!!!
Snow stopped and now it's sunny!
Harper...HUSH!
Lion/lamb - who knows! Warm the next few days - yay!!
Lee Ann, you sure you live in Canada? Looks like across the street to me! LOL
Victor, whats warm weather? We may hit 38 this week, but thats it. That isn't too bad, but what are your warm temps looking like?
50's on Monday.
I'm jealous!
Back to 40's on Tuesday though. Hope to actually start some garden work in the next couple of weeks!
Me too...after I shovel 4 or 5 feet to get to the ground. LOL
Not ripe yet??
I spoke too soon anyway Celeste. It's snowing again.
Sunny here, Harper.
Harper, counted your snow flakes before they fell?
Lee Ann, gives real meaning to "frozen foods" doesn't it?
Very sunny and very windy. Not a trace of the white stuff.
I guess I did Celeste. Weird weather today, huh Victor?
Very.
Lee Anne, I love your falling snowflakes shot - real pretty!
Nice.
It's 43 and breezy here. Whatever snow we got last night has melted - naturally right after we shoveled! But if we didn't, then the remains would freeze tonight and make the driveway treacherous.
Loved the pictures of the robins in the snow! They must give you hope that spring can't be far behind, especially after the number of storms you've had.
Victor, what type of engineering? My husband got his E.E. from Clemson. I have an A.A.S. in electrical technology.
Think sunshine and flowers, everyone!

BE in EE from Manhattan College. Graduated in '87.
Great! Hubby graduated in '68; me in '82 ( I went back to school as a young adult). I think I'd enjoy going for some classes in horticulture when I grow up.
Cool. What do you guys do?
We only got about two inches of very heavy wet snow then a little rain, but it has already melted quite a bit. Sun comes out for a minute here and there but mostly cloudy still, no wind really and the temp is 37 degrees.
Great snow pics guys and loved the chilly robins Pixie. I hope your snow forecast is wrong and you escape too.
