The theme at my floral club this month is ... Hot Hot Hot!

There weren't many entries, some members are away on holiday.

The vase was made of wax, it was arranged to look like a candle.

Thanks Sue, actually everyone got the same points this month!
The demonstrator this time made some nice arrangements, the hand tie I won was the middle size of 3 she made.
I probably will take it apart and re-arrange it soon, it's still intact. LoL!

This was the hand tie she made on stage, the other two came from behind the curtain again!! Seems to be fashionable to make 2 or 3 arrangements the same!

Next month the theme is .... Parallel Lines

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

You take the cake and the prize. I like them a lot, but none but yours brings to mind hot, hot, hot. The glass dish with pebbles is about close, but nothing compared to yours. I bet they love seeing you come through the doors! A laugh a minute and inspiration out the wazooooooooo!

tee hee!

tee hee! ......... did you say cake???? where is it??????????????????????????????????

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

Guess you had your cake and ate it too LOL! Getting as bad as me Terri, you don't even remember!

New Orleans, LA(Zone 8b)

Terri, I love how you paired the light green with the red. It makes the arrangement really pop. Great color combinations and love the arrangement. Are those japanese lanterns? Did you use a stick or skewer or something? Very neat! What did you use to cover the foam? I can't tell what it is! The hand tie is nice, but I remember the one you made with the collar was much prettier. Thanks for sharing all the other pictures too!

Thanks Karma! glad you liked it. The Chinese lanterns are on a skewer, here's the back.
