G'day those those sheila's look like they are having fun!
Just get me to the chuch on time!...........
Gladiolas, gloriosa daisy, ginger bloom, canna leaves, and bird of paradise....maybe.
Thankyou LouC, do you know what that scary looking yellow thing is,surely not ginger?!!!
Lovely! Not scary!!! Heliconia maybe.
Very cute!
Terri - Looks so appetising! So are you making these cute arrangements just for your personal pleasure, or do you have another reason?
no reason, just for fun, I'm on holiday!!
Fun thing to do on your holiday!...Thanks for sharing with us.
Love the green chair! You are so clever!
That is neat!!
Thank you, Terri, for sharing your unique talent. I recognize the same flowers in many different poses. I, for one, wouldn't be able to make on arrangement much less 5-6.
Another friend more than half a world away.

Thanks LouC and Pepper. I have made quite a few things from my tropical bunch which cost £6.00 ! and enjoyed
myself too.
LouC, Thanks for saying you think I have unique talent, I do appreciate your kind comments on the tropical forum.
You all seem to just take them as they come, the problem I have is :
I am too 'Arty' for the floral art forum, and too 'flowery' for the Artisans!! What can I do??!!!!
I'm throwing the dummy out of the pram!
Why do you say "too arty", "too flowery" ? I can't imagine anyone saying that to you. Have you had feedback from these other forums?
Terri, "unique" is meant to be a word of highest compliment. I have never been to want a Telefloral arrangement......or anything else in this world just like another. I believe even I could learn to make arrangements by the book......that would not be art or pleasing to me. You have taken many different pieces and turned them into works of art. The last one with the pram would be appropriate for a baby shower or a first birthday.....any number of parties related to a child under a year old. We have florist in Dallas, Texas that specialize in wild and unique arrangements......the prices are in another stratosphere as well. When your art becomes like everyone else.....you have failed. Keep up the creating, my friend.
We enjoy your sharing with us. Do you want to pursue your hobby as a profession...or so you already? (that maybe a d-mail question. feel free to ignore)
Good morning,
Christi Lou
Thankyou LouC, I just make these things because I enjoy it and I go to a floral art group once a month. We have
competitions and next month it is ' an arrangement will a piece of wood' any ideas?
I work at a college in the art dept supporting students with mild learning difficulties. I do enjoy my job,it involves spending my days working with students doing art.!
Thanks for the chat and encouragement!
Terri
sorry the photo is the wrong way, I couldn't change it after the preview!
I really like the last one. In the thumbnail it almost looks like it is upside down but when I saw the whole pic I saw it wasn't. lol.
Bravo.
