12 hours a day is very long. I worked at group homes for awhile where you stayed 3 nights there, then had 4 off, then 4 on, 3 off, normally you'd get up at 5 am and be lucky to get to bed by midnite. It was very hard considering I was also a full-time student. But we did have breaks sometimes during the day. When I work long days, it really takes a toll on me now. I hope you enjoy it enough to stick with it.

Well yesterday started off bad .
But I got in my UTE before sun up .
And drove towards one of my favorite Mountains .
I took a lot of Pics of the Mountain from all angles .
And then climbed 1/3 of the way up .
Without a partner I don't take silly chances .
Out here it would take too long to find a injured Climber .
So soloing is not on my menu .

So instead of sitting infront of the Puter .
I am out Driving and taking Pictures & GPS cordinates .
Then home and Up Load them .

Longitude: the vertical lines...all I remember is prime meridian

I have a GPS , It talks to me in an American female voice .
The Pommie voice drives me nuts . Urghhhhhhhhh !
It tracks my entire walk and I can pin point Summits & features of interest .
So American chicks yakking at you gets on your nerves...lol...nothing unusual there

I love haveing 2 hard drives. I put really important things on both so I know if one crashes, I still have my documents and pictures. I also have a 250 gig external hard drive I copy stuff to periodically... if all 3 crash, then it was meant to be and I must be having a really hard day. Aren't computers the most frustrating things in our lives? Thought they were suppose to make things easier. All they do for me is make me sit on my behind a lot more, order and trade a LOT of plants I don't need and then have to plant them and chat with friends all over the world. Easier, no, more interesting life... YES!!!
