Our dogs do look alike! I feel the same way...it's lucky that Buddy's so cute because he would be in a lot more trouble if he wasn't! :]

flowerfrenzy, It gets pretty wild. Everybody thinks cute little dogs, but they are totally obsessed hunters. As long as they get out for a couple excursions per day and are given free rein of the back yard to wage war on the squirrels and neighbor cats they are pretty happy. These are Fox Terriers; mother and daughter.

They sure are cute, Chad. One of these days I'd like to meet them in person....oh, and you too! LOL

LOL - here are my boys today, a typical day. Jake (the larger one) and also, Alpha Male, loves to 'roll' Doc, they play like this for hours. You can't tell in this photo but they are doing the "Jake and Doc 500" lol.........

Your puppies look sweet. I 'd take a pic of Walker, but he doesn't hold still very long when he's awake. Can we say "high energy"?

Here is my step-dog, Gracie. She can't have run of the back yard, no fence. Even if there were a fence, she would have ALL of the flowers either trompled or eaten!

Here is a better picture to tell how BIG she really is! When she stands on her hind legs, she is as tall if not taller than I am. I'm only 5'1", but that is still a pretty large dog!

OH, Gracie is so sweet. Looks like she is 'guarding' her ball in the first photo. Wanda I want to see Walker the Wonderdog!

Deb, Gracie's eyes match her coat so well! That's not a dye job is it? She looks like a nice dog who loves her ball.

Gracie loves to play ball! I usually toss it up on the roof and she waits for it to come down. Most of the time she will catch it and not let it hit the ground. She brings it back and teases about letting me have the ball to throw again. When she realizes that I may quit because she won't give it to me, she will drop the ball then.

Chad--LOL, nope! no dye job on that girl! She is part Husky, Shepherd and Lab.
She can be a nice dog or she can sound really MEAN!

Walker only looks innocent & sweet when he's tired or intent on a dog treat. let him out the back door & he's a running machine....

I know that innocent yet not so innocent look quite well (see my dog a few posts up) and Walker DEFINITELY has that look! I can imagine him destroying a flower or two! LOL!

Here are my pillagers... ever vigilant... ever clumsily romping through my beds on their way to somewhere else... they are just big goofs until the ups or usps man shows up and they turn into snarling beasties... they are also not to fond of folks who show up at night.... ;))

Here is another 'who is dis one'.... and the durn thing looks like it is growing right on the ground, but it is not... the scape went straight out just above the ground... it is the strangest thing... but then things like that are normal here in "misery".... :)

I am trying to finish my new shade garden and the walkway... but it is going so slowly.... haven't been my usual self lately... lol... and neither has dh...

well, I am sorry to hear you are spending this holiday in so much preparation... wow, 5 kids!!! ... you are far braver than I .... Please do not over do ... it will not help one thing if you do too much with your knee and hand like they are...

We came home with a new puppy today. A little Warfield Red beagle. He has the most adorable face. I had to bring him home.

Well, while we are also posting pet shots, here is our new cutie.

Awwwwe...what a cutie pie! I can almost smell his sweet puppy breath!

The kids put him in the watering can and took a few quick shots. He was still only a few minutes and then off running again.

Oh, I yell about Walker alot, but I melt when he climbs on my lap and looks at me with those big brown eyes. I THINK there is a brain in there--I'm just not sure sometimes.
