Tazzy, I'm still drooling over "Life Of Riley" . Do you have many accidents out on your street this time of year as all the locals slow down to gape at your fantastic iris collection?

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

yes and a lot of foot traffic
I was on garden tour list but to much a mess from neglect when I was sick .
Hope to be able to do it next year again ,
but 'Alas' I am just half the woman I was before the two big C s

Tazzy: The first big "C" I am familiar with, but what is "Censorship?"

McGregor, IA(Zone 4b)

Vigilante? It says yellow and maroon, but it looks more peachy in the photo? The yellow and maroon ones always seem too shrill and brash to me - In fact I ripped one out and threw it over into the bushes when one came up from nowhere- but the peach-maroon combination looks interesting...You really have to see these things in person, don't you, to judge the colors - and even then they can change color in different lights and conditions. Guess I'll just have to plant them all so I can evaluate them more accurately!!!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

You're right, Caitlin ~ you just need to see those blooms in person to be able to really appreciate them. I've even seen a difference between first and last blooms on the same plant. And my camera can't seem to capture quite the right color.

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

My darn camera is photographing too blue right now. Got to adjust it. Lots of new iris to show you all.

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

Wanda,
You can edit it to fix the color with your photo software. Sometimes the auto adjust will work and other times you have to do it yourself.
Can't wait to see the ones you have that are new...maybe we should start a second thread this one is so long! Here is another one with no name at this time. One of my friend's mothers' iris.
