Beautiful pictures. I think your first one is 'Chatter'. I have both, and 'Epicenter' is a more blackish purple than 'Chatter'.

That's what I'm thinking since the one a few feet away from it just opened up and the marker says Chatter and looks identical to me. I don't know how I messed so many of these up! Thanks Laura.

I keep hoping to make it to All Things Iris during blooming season, but may work makes getting out kinda tough. This year they seem to be blooming later, so maybe I can take a run up there. I love the Mendocino Coast and all of it's wonderful nurseries. I just got my second shipment from Hortus Botanicus, but I really want to go back to visit the nursery. I have purchased most of my PCI at local nursersies and I got several unnamed at an Iris show.

You're so lucky that you can just pick them up at local nurseries! I always have to mail order mine. I haven't found any nurseries around here that carry them.

I've ordered from All Things Iris before, but not PCI. I don't have much luck here with things shipped from CA. I ordered Spurias from them, though, and they were in really good shape.

I've started a new thread for Pacific Coast Iris as this was getting a little long.
