Let's see your Perennial pics....any kind

Cassopolis, MI(Zone 5a)

I am really enjoying this thread and thought I would add a few things that are new to me this year.
I have tried for 3 years to winter a plant called hardy gloxinia and finally the 3 I bought last year survived and are putting on an attractive show.
It was definitely worth waiting for. They have been blooming for all most a month and still see more buds forming.
I am enjoying them and looking forward to the plant growing into a nice size by next year.

This one is viola sorbet beaconsfield and is absolutely stunning. (I think)
It has been blooming non-stop for all most 6 weeks.
I grew these from seeds and am looking forward to getting seeds from the plant to share.

Alice -I'd love some of those viola seeds if you're succesful in collecting them.

Debby-your pic of campanula is wonderful. I just love campanula. The heliopsis is also on my list. That foliage is so unusual and such a contrast.

Mine tend to get really leggy. Do I need to prune back? Are these good plants for summer time? (I think they are commonly planted in Fall for winter interest - I may be wrong)

edit: oops I forgot to mention which plant! The violas....

Which plant, Osteole?

Archer/Bronson, FL(Zone 8b)

Here is a Dahlia I received in a trade from our DG friend Maxine. She sent me a mess of tubers and this is my first bloom. (I returned from the TNRU and was digging to plant some 4 o'clocks in this bed. I ran into a tuber I had planted upsidedown. I wondered where that 3rd Dhalia had got to) Do you think the 3rd Dahlia will grow and bloom now?

Erysimums(Bowles's Mauve and this orange hybrid) are great perennials. The Bowles Mauve really gives you your money's worth. Mine has been in full bloom since February/March. Their only drawback is they don't have a long life but no wonder when you see how they bloom so vigorously for so long. This is the orange hybrid one, I can't remember its name.

Oooooh I need that! Bet they would bloom in December here. Very preetty.

Mount Angel, OR(Zone 8a)

It would probably Frogsrus, there are so many different wallflower hybrids now, I saw one at Wal-Mart today that was different yellow/pink pastels all in one bloom. Now that I am thinking about it I wish I would have gotten a couple.

I vote for Lupine ... is there a prize?

Upton, MA(Zone 5b)

It's a Foxglove...I wish I had a prize! Thanks for the compliments! I love that combination, too. That particular poppy has been really happy there and it's not because of anything I've done for it or to it.
