Beautiful blooms Jackie! Those are special!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Thanks for the new room Jackie.
Beautiful blooms.
Helena, I am surprised you have butterflies already. I haven't seen any here.
I need to get my hummingbird feeders up. Just about that time.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena You're welcome Linda. \\
Probably wont get too many more blooms from this vine, the bugs have taken her over

I had to untangled my purpurea vines I had on the table in front of window. It was a mess, had to remove damaged leaves. I put them outside, if we get colder than 40 to 50 degrees I'll bring them in.
My cherry tree finally has blooms, azeleas, carrots from my sowing las year(leaves food for the swallowtails. My powder puff plant has blooms too so I put it on a table in front of my gh.

You are both luck to have blooms.
There is nothing here in Del Rio blooming yet.

Helena, your blooms are beautiful.

Gautier, MS

It's been warm and sunny here but we need rain.
I have my mgs outside.
Hope you are doing ok Jackie.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Been in the hospital, just got released Did not do my tests,
Your blooms are gorgeous Helena.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Sorry to hear you were in the hospital Jackie.
Keeping you in our prayers.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks girls.

Gautier, MS

Hope you're doing better Jackie.
Planting snow peas, peas, peppers and cumbers today. I have fill and parsley coming up.
I love all the blooms my cherry tree had this year. Saw my first hummer a little while ago. Thank God we got a bit of rain during the night and early this morning. Carolina jasmine is blooming too.

Beautiful blooms on your cherry trees, and jasmine Helena.
We are expecting another freeze this weekend.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Lovely blooms on your cherry tree and your Carolina jasmine Helena,
We have a freeze coming by Friday and Saturday too Linda.
Then I see warm temps setting in right after that.
I see new leaves on the trees so it wont be long now. :-)

Gautier, MS

Thanks Linda and Jackie.
We had more rain which I'm thankful for with cooler weather. Not sure about the cold front Saturday and maybe Sunday if I'll need to bring my vines back in.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Glad you got some rain Helena, We've had too much. We have some snow coming tonight or tomorrow, supposed to just be mostly on the grassy areas, hope they're
right.
This Begonia has a leaf over 10 inches long, its really pretty and my pic doesn't do it justice
My mg pics didn't turn out from a couple of days ago so here's an older bloom

Beautiful begonia and morning glory Jackie.
We are supposed to drop to 29 tonight.
I am so ready for warm weather to come and stick around for awhile.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Linda.
Cold here last night too and will stay cold today then it starts warming up.
We're ready for warm temps too.

Gautier, MS

Pretty begonia Jackie and still love your mg.
Been cold here and getting too much rain now.
My mgs are inside house, I didn't want for them to get shocked by freezing weather.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena,. thats the only mg I still had blooming. All are full of dead lvs. I need to go ahead and chunk them Glad you brought your mgs in, we're looking forward to your blooms.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Wish we could get some rain. It's so dry here.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Wish I could share some of this rain with both of you. I bog down in the mud when
I go out. Not to mention our spring rains will start in soon

Gautier, MS

We had plenty of rain. Glad it stopped, drying out a bit. Still pretty cool at night by noon the air condition comes on. My mgs are doing ok, outside again. I have 13 more to get into bigger pots.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, We have just started to dry out somewhat then more rain is coming, smh
Warm temps yesterday and today then another cool down but still will be in the 60s.
I can handle that.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Our Temps are nice here as well. Mid 40's at night. Mid 80's during the day. Still no rain in site.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Hope you get some rain soon Linda.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Me too.

Gautier, MS

We are expecting bad weather, hope you got at least a bit of rain Linda.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

We had a round of storms go thru last night. Hope some of the rain comes your way
Linda without the storms.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Saw the radar on the news. Praying the bad weather misses both if you. East Texas had tornadoes, but not a drop of rain here.

Gautier, MS

We had some rain here and a little wind but thank God it missed us. I saw some of the damage in Texas and it looked bad. I was hoping you got some rain, sorry it missed you Linda.
I will have 2 mg blooms open tomorrow.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Saw the tornado damage in Texas., hope there was no fatalities.
The tornado scare makes me dread this time of year
Can't wait to see your new blooms Helena.
I had a couple of blooms on my Peaches and Cream Brug.,
I have another brug setting buds, don't know what color.
The mg a few days ago

Beautiful blooms Jackie.
Helena, can't wait to see your blooms.

Gautier, MS

Pretty blooms Jackie.
My two blooms are on the small side and didn't really want to open. I'm not impressed with them. Maybe when it gets warmer, I'm hoping for better blooms. I brought that vine in.

Helena, I think those blooms are really pretty. My mg blooms in the green house were on the small side too, probably the cooler temos.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I agree, I love those blooms.

Gautier, MS

Thanks ladies. I'm getting some of my plants out of the green house. Still very at night, but during the day is beautiful. Saw a monarch mid morning and a tiger swallowtail on my bottlebrush tree with lots of bees too.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Nice butterfly pic Helena.
Thanks Linda.

Gautier, MS

Happy Belated Birthday Jackie! Hope you had a great day.
I've been moving some of my plants out of gh and cleaning up a bit. I think I have too much on my plate and need to cut back. I trying to get over a cold too, get easily worn out.
