Morning Glories 2020 #07
Thanks for the new room Jackie.
Beautiful morning glories.
You're welcome Linda. Those glory's were
from last yr. Still waiting on something new to open here.
Helena, your blooms are beautiful.
Thanks Helena,
I think your Milky Way blooms have been extra pretty this year. An amazing
mg, no defects at all. I really like your giant milkweed
I;m going to see if dh will drag one of my tubs to the sun in the front yard.
Otherwise it looks like I will never get blooms.
Glad to hear you are getting more sun.
Beautiful blooms
Helena, I'll probably ask my gs to move it, Dh barely has any strength anymore since his bypass surgery last yr
Your purple mg, without the stripes, almost looks like the border is blue in that 1st pic. i love all the blooms it has made. Your Clitoria is just beautiful hope mine starts blooming soon. Pretty orange.red blooms on your last mg.
Beautiful blooms Jackie. Sorry about your brug. They don't like too much heat, especially if it is the variegated kind.
Helena, your star fruit plant looks very happy.
Thanks Linda.
Yes the Brugs like cooler temps This past winter in my green house, the peach flowered brug (plain green leaves) blooms lasted up to 3 weeks each.
Beautiful blooms Helena. I love that passion vine.
Beautiful color in your plum surprise. Love that ginger too.
Can't wait to see your new blooms Helena.
Jackie your blooms are very pretty.
Beautiful blooms ladies.
Pretty blooms Helena and Lizzie.
Your seedlings look great Lizzie.
Glad to see you have so many vines going
Beautiful color and patterns in your morning glories Helena. I have tried so many times to grow passion vines. No luck so far.
Pretty mg's Helena, I love the star pattern.
Very disappointed with my few blooms this season. I got off
to such a slow start and that's showing with so few vines blooming.
Not a single bloom in the tub out back, smh
So happy to see a few blooms open on my Pink Brug

My poor babies are turning brown in the scorching heat, even though I make sure they get watered. I'm not giving up hope yet, though.
Thanks Jackie and Linda.
Plants now need to have some shade for relief from the heat. I took my mg seedlings outside yesterday, cuz I have more started under lights.
Pretty pink brug Jackie, and all your begonias have neat leaves. Your mgs are very pretty too. I had a slow year too Jackie so happy with any blooms we get.
my blooms for today, sorry they are repeats.
Linda, I bought my mature passion plants from Lowe's with blooms. I put them bigger pots and they started growing more. They do need more water now.
I saw a hummingbird at my flowers this morning, had to make syrup and put two feeders out.
Beautiful blooms everyone.
Thanks Helena and Linda.
Helena, are those your porterweeds in the 1st frame? nice selection of colors.
Pretty Clero ugandense. Love your white mg, is that Milky Way with very lite markings? Gorgeous blue pea vine and passion flowers. I;m so hoping for my pea vine to bloom.
Thanks Linda and Jackie.
Jackie, yes those are my porterweed blooms. The white mgs are from milky way, I wish the markings were darker. My pea vine just seems to make one bloom a day. It was nice outside this morning with a lite shower, we are getting more of it.
I'm posting pics of what is blooming every morning. I only have the about 3 ip nils left and milky way vines. My other vines haven't made any buds yet.
Beautiful blooms Helena. That dark blue in the first set is so pretty.
Helena, I'm so glad you still have a few mg's blooming. Only 3 of mine have
bloomed and still waiting on more than 15 or so to bloom. Nothing like the 40 to 50 I used to grow each yr.
You're pea vine is gorgeous and I love the small orangy red mg. Have you got a name for that one?
Is your yellow bloom and the white one coming from one of the Tecoma's
like Cape Honeysuckle??
Plum Surprise and variegated Swedish Ivy. they had huge baskets of this ivy at Farmers Market a few weeks ago but I chose this small one, It will be a large plant in no time.
Beautiful plum surprise bloom Jackie. Love that Swedish ivy too.
Thanks Linda.
Thanks Linda and Jackie.
On the first set the red bloom is a Tecoma "Fiery red bells" I will have to look up the the label tag. Still on the first set of pictures that is a white salvia with small blooms. The yellow blooms are from a yellow Agastache.
Jackie your Plum surprise is making beautiful blooms and I like your pretty avi plant.
I enjoyed watching a swallowtail butterfly at my abelia flowers. One butterfly going from bloom to bloom.
Beautiful butterfly.
Thanks Helena. Pretty ;ittle Red Tecoma, I would have never guessed a
Tecoma on that one, sure thought it was a mg, lol
Lindas right, a beautiful butterfly, lovely pattern
