We had some mist this morning. They are calling for a high of only 77F! It won't stay that un-hot, but there are no 90s in the forecast at this point.

Today was 82 tonight it is supposed to get into the high 40s. My plants and livestock (pets) are very confused.

It's cold in the house but felt good outside. I unloaded 19 bags of compost into the garden today. Perfect day for it.

40's this evening ...sunny days.sure hope the 10 days we had of rain recently ( we needed it ) won't spoil the color. We were on track for a nice color season with sunny days and cool nights. Last few years just been so ...so.. color

48 this morning high in low 80s. Big change in just a few days!
They are calling for a high of 77F. It got up to 80F yesterday.

It was 56F at 7:15 this morning. They are calling for a high of 85F, so it is still hot. It was 70F in the house this morning, which is the coolest it has been since last winter. Maybe we're making progress.

70's today. Sunny. Tomorrow 78 and sunny, similiar for rest of week through weekend with temp dropping a tad in the day to high 60's on Saturday. Still not much color except on ground leaves here in the piedmont...except I did see the crepe myrtle in Walmart parking lot taking off.

It was 58F this morning. They are calling for a high of 80F. Still not in the 70s but getting better. However, according to the forecast it won't last.
Record breaking rainfall is predicted from now, through the weekend. Some places may get 12+ inches. Haven't had weather like this since 2007.

This was posted by a friend who took it off our local weatherman's ( Mike Maze WRAL ) site. Taken today.
Another pretty day - high 70's. He said there were also some sun dogs...today. I need to look that term up...maybe another sort of cloud or cloud and sun combo.
We won't get much rain. An inch or so at the most.
Not as hot today. High 70s and sunny.
Taking us out of a drought would be great, the National Guard rescuing people behind us by helicopter not so good.
