October Weather, changing seasons.
I remember it being so hot during the LA County Fair. Don't remember when that is exactly.
63 and dark currently. Feels good.
The L.A. County Fair is in September. We'd like to go, but we don't usually go because it is so hot.
They are calling for a high of 96F. It might get below 90F come Thursday. This is unreal and uncalled for.

This is very unusual. By now we have usually, at least, had a cold spell but the forecast is warmer temps, with cooler temps, low 80s coming next week. I hope!

The batteries are dead in my thermometer also.lol But according to NOLA it is 70 the high is supposed to be in the low 90s.
They are calling for 89F today. There's a small chance of some rain this afternoon/evening. The sunrise was red this morning but that usually means nothing here. It is very still out and seems humid. It is peculiar that we haven't had Santa Ana winds yet this fall. We seem to be stuck in a very depressing summer weather pattern. COME ON FALL!

141 acres. They started at 8 AM & will be done by 6 PM.
Lots of corn out of the fields now.
My worker picked squash all day. Great big pile.
New one called Honeynut produced well. It's a small butternut. Very sweet.

It was 95 at 430 unbearable. It does cool down at night but getting in and out of the truck when it's 95 is terrible.
I have to keep re-setting my thermometer to see outside temp, inside always works.

They are calling for a high of 86F. We got no rain yesterday. There is a small chance of a miniscule amount of rain today. It is cloudy out. If it was anywhere else it would rain. It is 70F and 85% humidity, so it is kind of yucky out.
