October weather, slide into winter ?
Cold all day , high was 61 at 4 oclock , but it felt really cold all day here . some said the sun shining once in a while made it feel nice ,, but here it stayed cold ..

Saturday morning we had a hard frost. Really cold down to 28. Then it was so windy and chilly all day. Sunday was partly sunny and chilly . Not sure what the temp was I was working all weekend. Right now it is 51. Raining some it looks like right now.
It is cloudy and 42°F in Pittsburgh. They are calling for a high of 56° F and cloudy.

Light winds, partially grey skies, humid with passing light showers around 80f. No smoke today.
Yesterday morning the smoke from burning forest was hanging like a blue mist over our side of the island. In the afternoon the wind was blowing smoke from burning forest in our direction and got combined with low cloud in the trees. Like a smoke scented fog with drizzle.
Lava flow moving forward again, a few yards a day.
Love those pics of fall colors. Looked around for some here but all I could find was green.

It was a beautiful day here in NW Pa. High of 60°F and plenty of sunshine. Expecting mostly the same for the next 5 days. Fall color here is past prime with a lot of leaf drop. It was a good year though and there is still quite a bit of color around.

We saw the eclipse yesterday, a quick look through 5 pairs of sunglasses.
Currently 74. Will see 80s this weekend before dropping back down to the 60s.

Slight trade wind, mostly blue sky, hot and humid, no rain.
Lava picked up speed yesterday and travelled 500 yds down a narrow gully. It is now within 200 yds of the first paved road to be threatened. Electric Company is putting concrete collars around poles in the path of the lava in an effort to keep the power grid in tact.

Very windy here today. Tried to rake leaves and we did get some bagged but it sure was hard. Pretty warm here today. 60s I think.
