Octa, Oh 57° on the- the winds been kicking my truck around, front with lightning rolling in at sundown- where in Ohio? South of Columbus, north of Cincinnati- and just west of Washington Courthouse.

Peshtigo, Wis 46° and full dark. Winds are blowing enough to gust the flags out once in awhile. Saw blood in the moon on a FB pic from a pro and it was beautiful. All I see are the overlarge full moons changing from buttergold to pure white. Trees are in change up here tho the vines were bit first. Where they climb the trees they drape the branches with color like a Christmas tree.

Trade winds are returning after their summer vacation. Nice light rain and cooler temperatures this afternoon. Should be a nice showery, cooler tradewind pattern for the next few days at least.

Pretty much same as Ju except we reached 61 for a high. Rain off and on all day. When it rained it poured. No way to stay dry unless bundled up in a rain suit head to toe like I was. lol
Warmer here in Toledo area, 52° tho i just woke up. Yesterday was a bit cool early but warmed up (in spite of the winds)

So great to have lost that summer humidity and record breaking heat.
Today will be classic Hawaii - gentle tradewind breezes, white fluffy clouds and temps near 80f.
Tomorrow should be the same again - and then we have changes forecast. We shall see.
Lava still going forward at about 65 yds a day. Getting closer to Pahoa town.
For a lava flow in the USA - its not getting much national attention yet.
They're waiting for a disaster. Then it's news. That seems to be how they operate.

Chilly start today. Took awhile to warm up but we finally reached 65 for a high. Had a strong breeze though which kept it on the cool side.
