Gorgeous blooms Jackie from this past summer! I miss not having any mg's blooms. I'd rather have warmer weather too.

Beautiful blooms Ronnie. Your # 2 is stunning!!

Beautiful blooms Jackie and Ronnie. I like them all.

It's not too bad here today, I'm sure it'll warm up. Took a picture of my seedlings to show how they are coming along. I have some with very dark stems, 2 with very nice dark specks. Probably it'll take 2 months to blooms.

Pretty blooms Jackie. I can't wait till it warms up and we all can grow mg and other plants too. It got really cold here now, the bad weather everywhere else looks really awful.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Beautiful blooms. Sounds like those up north are really get hit with cold weather. Please bundle up and stay warm.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena and Linda.

Very extreme weather

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Pretty Jackie!
Weather has been bad for most of the East Coast. Between the cold ice and snow we aren't off to a good start in the new year.
Christmas is put away now to begin dreaming of summer and morning glory blooms!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Ronnie, it is fun to think of summer and what mg's we will choose to grow this
season. But for today, all I can think of is the
Bitter cold on its way again. So tired of it already. We haven't had such a cold
winter like this one for many yrs.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Stay warm everyone.

Gautier, MS

Trying to stay warm, it's 27 degrees right now by computer info.

I sowed a few impatiens capensis a few week or 2 ago, it requires cold weather to germinate so hopefully this weather will do the trick.

I'm ready for my coffee.

Helena, it was somewhere between 6 and 9 degrees here this morning. Supposed to
be the last of the bitter cold, sure hope they're right.
Love the Impatiens, will be looking forward to your pics.

Tampa, FL(Zone 9b)

Saw these beauties open this morning.

The worst of the cold is over for now for us Floridians and we should be on a warming trend for the next week.

Those are beautiful.

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Beautiful Shauna!
We are slowly getting out of the frigid temps but will be quite a while for warmth :(

I threw a few capensis under my rose bushes in the fall, hopefully I will see some flowers too!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Pretty blooms Shauna.

Tampa, FL(Zone 9b)

The worst of the cold is over for now and I discovered these open this morning. Not sure if the speckled one is the white/purple that was faded, or if I have a white/red growing as well.

I have received a bunch of different seeds and have sowed them all in the same general location...hoping to get my ugly chain link fence covered with a whole variety of flowers.

Pretty blooms Shauna!

Last 2 afternoons have been warm, sunny and beautiful!. Mornings and night are pretty cold though. I will be getting in the mood to start more mg's and plants too.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Good evening everyone, I see some really special blooms here and have missed you all. I have been working so much just falling asleep as soon as I hit my chair. Still have a few blooms here and there down in the basement garden, the moonflower alba and the sticto and a few purps, but nothing like last winter or the winter before.. I hope we all have a wonderful new year with no pain or suffering for any of us.. Love you all.. keep posting!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Nice blooms Shauna.
Debra, glad you checked in with us, was starting to get worried.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Sorry to hear your working so much, but sounds like business is good?

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Glad to hear from you Debra!
Looking good Shauna, I wouldn't mind being in FL this time of year.

Tampa, FL(Zone 9b)

Florida winters are like a roller coaster...up and down, up and down...

We went from 20-30's on Monday and Tuesday to almost 80 today.

I am kind of surprised the plants are not going through shock! LOL

Brooksville, FL(Zone 9a)

I am too.
