This is Wonderful!! Pictures from Hawaii, Australia and all over the USA.

Rj, it is good to see your Clerodendron blooming already, I like vossner's clematis as well.

tropicbreeze, your pictures are very interesting, it is like a wonderland.

Merlee, that is a very pretty Hoya bloom. I have a noid with a few buds, but it will be a while before I can show then off. Your seedlings are looking good, I will try your method of germinating on a few Lotus seeds that I have.

Joeswife, The potato bloom is awesome. The bush MG seeds you sent me are about 8" tall and looking good.
I hope that your hibiscus stick continues to thrive.

Metrosideros, thanks for sharing your knowledge and pictures from Hawaii. I thought that your last three macro shots were excellent.

candela, your first picture is a knock-out, a waterfall of yellow. What is the name of that Orchid? maybe I can find it here in Dallas.

lovetropics, What a Beautiful garden you have there, lots of cool new plants (to me). Love your pond, please remember to show us your water lilies .

The thread is getting too long. Anyone with a nice Tropical picture is welcome to start another.

metrosideros--may I ask for the name of the fruit?

Keaau, HI

That is Chocolate, Theobroma cacao Triniterio Cacao.

Here is the pineapple-like cone of Macrozamia miquelii.

WOW! I wonder how old the plant have to be to bear such a fruit?

Croton!

The Cycad is about 15 years old. It bears lots of cones, but as I don't have a male plant, she makes no seeds.

Scottsdale, AZ(Zone 9b)

Are male plants hard to come by? can they be hand pollinated?
I appreciate your croton picture. When ever I go to HI, I see the plants there in mature form---they make me realize that in AZ--those plants remain in bonsai form. Fun to realize the difference in scales.

Hi Lovetropics! If growing Cycads for seed, it is best to grow a group of male & female plants together in a favorable habitat.

Scottsdale, AZ(Zone 9b)

your pictures make me realize that I need to start feeding my plants steroids :)
I will figure out a plant version of steroids.
