BIRDIE HERE IS THE PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE IT IS NOT AS HARD AS IT LOOKS
ENJOY .

BAKE 350* ON A GREASED COOKIE SHEET

IN MIXING BOWL COMB:
2 C SUGAR & 2 C. FLOUR

BRING TO BOIL :
1 C WATER 1 C OLEO
1/4 tsp SALT 3/4 C PEANUT BUTTER

POUR OVER SUGAR & fLOUR ADD
1/2 C SOUR MIKE I JUST ADD VINIGAR TO REG MILK TO SOUR IT
1 tsp SODA
2 EGGS BEATEN

MIX ALL WELL POUR INTO COOKIE SHEET LET COOL & FROST .


FROSTING
BRING TO BOIL : 3/4 C OLEO , 3/4 C PEANUT BUTTER , 1 tsp VANILLA , 6 TBS MILK ,
POUR OVER 1LB BOX OF POWDER SUGAR

USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 8-10 TBS OF MILK :) TO MAKE IT CREAMY .

17th,18th, 19th, 20th, 8th. Most of these days I have to work until 2 pm. So its slim pickins. We have lots going on as everyone else does... JLMK. Ronna

thanks susie, i made it right after you gave me the recipe card. EVERYBODY loved it. but then i misplaced the card. I 'm sure it'll show up. I like th keep the recipe cards with the "givers" handwriting. Kind of a keepsake. Do any of Ronnas dates look good to you? Or anyone else??
