Comments regarding Maryott's Gardens

Excellent plants with extremely healthy foliage and roots. This is the standard by which all other mail-order daylily sources should be judged. Superb!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Maryotts sends fantastic healthy plants, great prices, and generous bonuses! The customer service can't be beat!

i have ordered from maryott's garden several times in the last 2 years. they sent large fans and they were very healthy. the bonus plants are great. i would highly recommend them.

I purchased several plants from this company late last summer. All were very large plants and healthy. They sent a couple nice bonus plants which I was very pleased with. Would definately purchase from again.

This summer I placed an order with Maryott's after reading how great their daylilies were. Well, I must say that I couldn't have been more pleased. The plants were huge and healthy, and the transaction was easy and pleasant. Lovely bonus plant as well. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Great company! Order came very quickly and well packed. All the daylilies were labelled and much larger than ones I have bought elsewhere. Emails were very friendly and the bonus was more than i ordered. Maryotts gets 5 stars from me and can't wait to buy from them again next year.

I have ordered from Bill Maryott a couple of times. The plants he gave me were large and green and included nice bonus plants as well. He has a very nice web-site also.

I ordered daylilies in fall 2002. They were very nice, some fans HUGE, and the bonus sent was a newer, more expensive variety. I ordered again this spring! Mr. M carries a nice variety of newer but not cutting-edge daylilies at very good prices. His service is very good and personal. I wish he was still carrying iris, but apparently he has decided to focus on daylilies.

The Maryotts send EXCEPTIONAL daylilies at reasonable prices. They have a lifelong customer in me.

In late summer 2001, I ordered several hundred dollars' worth of bearded iris from six different growers. MARYOTT'S IRIS GARDENS in California was absolutely outstanding in every way: Friendly service; packaging, shipping, and PREMIUM QUALITY of rhizomes--large, fresh (just-dug) fleshy, healthy...absolutely the best. The other growers came nowhere near them in quality. Of some of the other growers, I was absolutely shocked to see what they sent--some of the rhizomes weren't more than an inch long, tiny, thin, some shriveled, and weak leaves. After-the-sale advice was prompt, courteous, and caring. They encouraged me to contact them if there were questions or problems. I'll do all repeat business with them.

Last year I went crazy and ordered Maryott's and…[several other iris nurseries.]All rhizomes arrived in comparable good condition. I would order irises from any of these companies again; but in this climate, I would ask to have them shipped in late September.

I ordered from Maryott's for the first time last year and I can't say enough good things about them. Their color catalog is simply gorgeous with a thorough description for every flower, and such a wide variety it was really hard to choose! Their prices are good and the plant quality is exceptional. I will be ordering from Maryott's regularly from now on.
