I ordered 3 Brugs as a gift for my parents in Florida, so I only have info on what my mom tells me about the shipment and plants. Kathy worked with me on a problem with my payment and emailed me when the plants had been shipped. Communication before delivery was great!
The plants arrived a day after they were supposed to because they sat in the office of the place they stay (ORA in Melbourne Beach FL.) on the delivery date and were delivered to their place the next day.
The plants were very droopy and had lost a lot of leaves even though they were well packed. My mom put them in a bucket of water to soak. She emailed Kathy and she replied right away and told her she did the right thing, to keep them in water overnight and they should be fine. The root system was quite big and they perked up. Communication was very good between Kathy and my mom, and she was very helpful with the plants on the Florida end.
I am happy with this transaction!

Received the plants which were very nice. The seeds were well packaged.

Ordered some plants. They were shipped on a Fri. They sat in the mail for a week. Plants came D.O.A. Emailed her but never heard from her. Did this a number of times with no mail back to me, not one. No respond to make my plant sale right. Also called but phone no longer in service. Not good business.

I have searched and searched, but have not sent any plants to this person and have not received any emails. Sent them a "D-mail" last week since I dont have their email address and they have not responded. "

I ordered 3 Brugs and got them very fast. They have a great root system, although one is basically just a stem with 2 leaves on the top. But I'm confident with such good roots it will do fine.

I just bought several cuttings and some seeds. I am very, very pleased with everything! The cuttings were well rooted, and had plenty of New growth. They had some wilting from shipping, but they bounced back within the hour! I've had them about a week and every one is bigger already! Thank you for the great prices, quick shipping, and super healthy plants!

I emailed this company 4 days ago to let them know I am not satisfied. NO response, so I believe I can vent here now.
I ordered 2 plants, and received barely rooted cuttings. Both plants were bone dry, had loose yellow leaves , and resembled mushy spinach.
Again, not happy.

My Gunnera tinctoria seeds arrived today. Delivery was quite prompt and seeds were as described. (though more than 10 per package would have been nice, I have no complaints)

I received a plant and two cuttings from this company. All 3 were very well rooted and in great condition. They even kept them for me until weather was better to ship. They were packaged very nicely and easy to transfer into pots. Great company to order from with a nice selection of brugmansias. Will order from again in the future.

I was able to receive some hard to find seeds and some cuttings at a great price. I will be buying from this store again.

I ordered & recieved promptly 2 Morning Glory bushes (some places call them trees) They were as promised & have grown almost a foot in the 2 weeks I've had them & that is during freezing temps outside so they are in pots at an east window. Just wait till summer !!!!

This a good company to order from. They carry a nice selection of brugmansia, along with other plants. My order was filled quickly and I even received an email letting me know the plants had been shipped.

I was sent a notice when my plants were mailed so I could know about what day to expect them. They arrived in 3 days.The plants were full of roots , only one plant lost most of it's leaves , but there are new small shoots on the top that I am sure will make the plant come back fine. I was very pleased in all.

I bought aplant from this person/seller off ebay. Was discribed in the auction as a plant growing in a gallon pot and I received a cutting instad of a rooted plant. I emailed her and told her and was shocked that I had received this instead of a plant. Never replied to me, although she stated I was rude and sarcastic. I may have been rude after the second or third email of her not responding, but clearly I had a right to a refund or a rooted plant. I gave her opportunity to do something even appologize and she did nothing. She may have good reputation, but I did not have a good transaction with her and will not deal with her again. Regardless of what she comes back here and says.

I filed a dispute with paypal but was told by her to return the cutting and she'd refund, After I had already paid shipping to me once she asks for shipping back to her fo r her to refund a 4.00 plant, Didn't make sense to go further I could tell she wasn't going to do right by me. Money isn't the object here as much as principle, I don't leave bad feedback lightly, but this person deserves everything wrote down here today.

I had been looking for this particular plant for a while. I can remember my mother had one of these a long time ago and I can never find them. I got this plant in a few days. It was beautifully rooted with very good strong stems and leaves. I planted it and never even wilted. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my purchase.

Sent my order by regular mail on 10/25/06. Received my nice sized plants on 11/9/06, they were healthy. and packed very well. I would order again if they had more of a selection..

I was suprised by a follow-up e-mail informing me that the size of some of the Sweet Potato Vines that I ordered were a little small so she was sending a few extra. I received my package last night and was happy with my order. The extra cuttings she sent were of a different kind but beautiful. I quickly planted them and when I woke up this morning they were all doing fine, all 25! of them. I will be buying more! Excellent customer service, thank you!

I was trying to find information regarding a plant a teacher had that she liked that died and your site was great in fact you even had one close to it, she had a red chiken gizzard which is very close to yur blood red gizzard thatt I ordered, she was quite surprised.

I ordered 4 live plants, and all arrived in beautiful condition except for the "pouty" bloodleaf... but not too long after planting it, it perked right up into beautiful shape! I love my red hibiscus, too; it was about 2', which I was not expecting from the 4" pot size they specify!
Low prices, great/meticulous packaging and some rare finds make this company one to definitely take a look at. I just wish they offered more on their website.

Purchased a packet of Irish Moss seeds from this seller last spring. Misplaced the packet and finally found it this spring. Planted seeds with great results. Much more than I had hoped for since seeds were a year old. Was so pleased I ordered more. Highly recommend this seller.

I just received my Night Blooming Cereus - 'Epiphyllum Oxypetalum.' The plant shipped quickly, was packed well, and arrived in great shape. My "Epi" appears very healthy with good roots. I will definitely buy from Katz again.
