Comments regarding Katz Kuntry Kuttins

Bought 4 rooted Brugmansia cuttings from Katz Kuntry Kuttinz. I am very pleased with the size of the planting material and massive root systems. The packaging is outstanding, the plants seem hardly notice the transit.
I placed another order with this great company.

I ordered Brugmansia from Katz on ebay a while ago. I was pleased with packing, assorment and size of the cuttings. They were healthy and easily rooted.

i ordered a 1 gallon plant and some seeds that i received today.
the shipping took a couple days longer than expected (was sent priority mail), but that's probably due to high volume holiday shipping. even though the plant was in transit longer, the plant arrived in excellent condition even in freezing weather. the root ball is a massive.

when i first put my order in i incorrectly chose the wrong shipping method. kathy from Katz Kuntry Kuttins emailed me the same night to inform me of the error, and fixed it for me promptly. i am pleased with the service, and quick email replies from kathy. great customer service.

i will definitely order from this company again.

My brugmansia arrived in super shape and is doing very well. There was good communication and this plant was delivered promptly. I will absolutely do business with this company in the future.

I ordered a Brug Double White and received it very quickly & very well packed; a little wilted because of this horrible heat but I'm sure it'll perk right back up.

The plant has a nice, thick, woody stem and compared to the others I've bought, I'm more than pleased with this one. I'll be buying more plants from Katz.

I purchased a Brugmansia Whiskers off EBay from them, and at first I didn't think the plant was going to make it. But it is starting to put on new leaves, so I am happy, as long as I don't kill it.

I ordered multiple passifloras on ebay from Katzs' and was very pleased with the price and size! The plants arrived healthy and in great shape. With the combined auctions, I saved a lot on shipping which made the whole experience very, very affordable.

Great plants at good prices. I ordered 11 plants but only received 9. I knew what had happened. The missing plants were on the 2nd page of the invoice and whoever packed the order didn't see them. I emailed the company and they responded promptly. Kathy promised to mail them on Friday and sure enough I got them today (Saturday). All 11 plants were in great shape when I received them. The brugmansias were huge! I had a good experience dealing with Kathy. Communication was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

I emailed you when I received my plants but never got a reply. The two sweet potato plants I received arrived with the leaves a mass of small holes. They are still a mass of small holes.

Plant was well wrapped and shipped well. It arrived viable (I think).There were about 15 blueberries in the box, so I assume they fell off during shipping. Looking forward to a good crop next year. Overall a very good experience.

Took a little longer than expected for shipping but that was not the problem, I ordered four 4 inch pots and got cuttings with hardly any roots.

I really wish you had emailed me first before coming here so that I could have explained to you that these particular plants do not get large root systems on them until they are a lot older. I've had one for about 3 years and it's still growing in a gallon pot."

I purchased 2 plants from Kathy on E-bay that are hard to find around here (NC). She mailed them Tuesday, I got them Thursday and they were absolutely stunning and in full bloom! I received my Gentian seeds promptly and they are germinating successfully indoors. I will definitely return to Kuntry Kuttins. I am now searching for English Bluebells and Alpenrose (Rhododendrum ferrugineum). Appreciate any help.

Ordered "gallon size" plant and received two barely-rooted cuttings with one-inch long roots. Cuttings were dried up and not salvageable. I sent two emails to company and have received no response. I did notice that they changed the description on the web site. Is no longer listed as gallon size pot. But I'm out money :(
