OOoh, Pard, such a lovely lily!! You can keep your little friend, tho. Not that I mind spiders, I just prefer they stay outside. ;) LOL

I named him Harry. He really is very nice!

Here is a little forest of White Henrys. Picture was taken about 2 months ago; they are taller now! These are from scale bulblets that Judith Freeman gave away to the group in '06.

Red Velvet I think

I adore Red Velvet. And Red Velvet cake, too, by the way.

Steve, is that a "four of these dogs are not like the others" kind of game? Should we guess which are yours? I'm thinking the two bigger ones in the middle are yours, based mostly on body language. After that I'm stumped. Can you give us a hint? They're very sweet. And very shiny!

The dark red in Post Post #6632797 is Dark Sensation!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Thanks, Ramona. A lot of us were interested in that one. Will Faraway Flowers be selling that one for next year? The bulbs you sent were huge!

They are on order but one never knows about crop failure at this point...

Thanks.

Something ate one of my White Henryi's this spring...I planted 2 in the fall, so won't be great this year. I also found my Speciosum Album got broke off. I just planted that this spring...NOT HAPPY about that at all! SO will have to wait until next year for that one I guess.

My Sweet Lorraine should open it's first flower today or tomorrow...YAY!!!

Maniac, me too, me too! re: Dark Sensation

Steve, are the yorkies yours?

Allright, already, Jmorth, I will get the lollipop!

Putnam County, IN(Zone 5b)

I think she should just make a list right now for Dark Sensation!! I really hope you get it....because I want it!!

Jmorth, another outstanding liliums collection beside Steve! Sooooooo gorgeous and abundant!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Steve - does the Cocker Spaniel have any idea that his father is not the same father as the Yorkies?

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

I grow Dazzle and have a pic I want to upload in PF. All I find is this: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/49902/

Wow, J, great lilies!! You're season is well underway. Neat!! Now, we need some landscape shots please! :)

Stevie, the kids are cute. :) That picture is a hoot! How did you get them all to sit there? Such sweet little fur babies. :)

Ramona, looks like you're going to have a run on Dark Sensation this next Spring. :) LOL Count me in!

I am learning so much just hanging around this lily forum. One quick, "newbe" question. What is a NOID? Now I can hear you guys chuckling and shaking your heads,so be gentle with me while I'm learning. lol .Your pictures have me so inspired,I'm already thinking where to put my new lily bed this fall.
Thanks-Lynda

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

NOID = NO IDENTIFICATION.

We all learn things like that the same way so we aren't chuckling at all!

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Lilies in mass plantings are wonderful and Ots in Texas beginning to bloom (what could be better...other than having them here and now blooming) Keep those pictures coming.

Yorkies are adorable too. Each one of them. Cute!!!!

Here's 'Tiny Todd'. These Tiny folks really have a lot of blossoms for the size.

new thread with the next photo...maybe???

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Thanks all for the nice words on the doggies ^_^ Getting them to sit still for three seconds was a chore!! David was holding something up in the air and they thought it was a treat.

Two of the Yorkies are ours and the Schnauzer is ours.

They are, from left to right:

Sparky (ours); Lola (front - ours); Layla (rear - not ours but she is Sparky's sister); Roscoe (the Schnauzer - ours); Maggie (the Spaniel - not ours); Ringo (front - not ours); Meadow (rear - not ours).

We babysit for this group all the time though Ringo is a new acquisition. The owners of the four not ours are on vacation.

LOL Maggie doesn't know who her dad is. She thinks Roscoe is her boyfriend though. ^_^

Love the coloring on "Tiny Todd", Tracey.

Nery, how long have you grown Dazzle? I have had mine for three years now and they are great! Mine are quite tall with very large flowers.

Here is a peach OT in bloom - maybe Orania?

Lovely Steve! Is that last one 'Gambetta'? It's splendid.

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Hey Tracey, I was thinking it is, but last year's were not so strongly colored. I have another stand of them however not in bloom yet. I think you're right.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Lovely lilies, folks. :) I've been out weeding all night and I'm beat. Night all! :)

Western, WI(Zone 4a)

Cute little doggies, Steve. They make great pets, don't they. Their almost as cute as the lily pictures that you have been posting.
