Seale, AL(Zone 8b)

Lala.. I have some more of white pea vine, will add it for ya. Til the end and I sure I got everybody straight and havent misse dsomebody somewhere I always keep a backup. ; )

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

I think there are probably still hardy hibiscus (H. moscheutos, hybrids so who knows what you'll get from the seed, but odds are it won't be ugly LOL) and rose of sharon (H. syriacus) seeds "out there" in the garden... should I go get 'em?

North West, OH(Zone 5b)

Thanks everyone. I think I have everyone straight and I'm keeping a back-up too...color coded and the whole bit (can we say anal?) It's still a good idea to check my progress on the list thread. I just got a D from Chele pointing out that I'd missed one of her requests.

The hardy hibiscus that came from me came up identical to their parents. I absconded the seed from my neighbor who told me it was labeled only as "hardy hibiscus." My plants look exactly like his, which BTW are a mix of whites, pinks, and burgundies.

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

isn't it funny how we raid our neighbors gardens for MORE seeds.
my neighbor comes to my plants too.... she even had her sister out one day.

Too funny.

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

tcs.... you had a d-mail from one of the hurrican victims on the first thread on one of your posts. Were you able to get Cypress vine? I have some that I can donate.

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

Cheles, I brought my Acanthus in for the winter and so far it is doing ok. I keep it in the garage which doesn't get below 45 degrees most of the winter.

Did someone ask for Hardy Hibiscus, I have white, hot pink, and a light pink with a darker pink center.

(bestest fairy)Tempe, MI(Zone 5b)

if anyone has some zinnia profusion I would love some-mixed colors is fine:) Also-Star-was it you that had Cuphea??

North West, OH(Zone 5b)

Stace I have profusion zinnias. I am out of the apricot, but I still have cherry, coral pink, and orange. Shall I tag those for you?

(bestest fairy)Tempe, MI(Zone 5b)

I don't need a buttload of each-just a few of each would be peechy keen great La!! THANKS!!

(bestest fairy)Tempe, MI(Zone 5b)

Sorry-all the threads got me in a confused state-between my co-op I am still trying to close, my swaps, pressies I am making, work, and looking for a new job, I think I have tapped out the last of any mental ability I had left;)

JoAnn,

could you copy/paste your list into the LIST Thread http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/923393/

and i would love some Yellow Scabiosa Scabiosa ochroleuca

and i have LOTS of marigolds... I'll set them aside for you.

Terese

Winterville, GA(Zone 8a)

Tee, hee, Terese...our posts crossed.

JoAnn

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

I D-Mailed you about the Marigolds. I'd love to hear what you want to do with all of them.

Mount Laurel, NJ(Zone 7a)

Hi, I added a few more to my list :)

http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=5786244

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

I'm sorry Terese, I guess I didn't say it right the first time. You posted in blue a D-mail that Starlight got on the firt thread. It didn't say who it was for. Just a victim. You said you had some of those seeds. Let me see, you told us how to do this....:-) http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=5776860 Did I do it? That's what I was refering to. Thanks, Andrea

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

Robynznest....
frausnow...
I have 'The Watchman' Hollyhock, which is a single black if you both would like

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

Ah -- gotcha mygypsyrose .... now i know what you were referring to. Thanks.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

My list has a a decent offering now. I'll add more soon.

Deborah

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

Robynsnest...

May I request:
The Tall Garden Phlox Mix
Sweet Shrub
Butterfly weed Silky Gold

Besides the Hollyhock, I have some columbine available also, I saw it on your wish list. I have 3 different varieties available.

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

Tcs...

May I request some of your
Pincusion Flower 'Blanca'
please

I'm not sure if there is anything on my list that perks your interest. I can check around here. I'm always finding envelopes that I stuffed throughout the season. I'm sure you already have Mexican Sunflower. Thats a definate hummer attracter.

Seale, AL(Zone 8b)

Shoot just get back on and rain coming again, but JoAnn if you have any more of these left. Yellow Scabiosa Scabiosa ochroleuca would love some.

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

Mygypsyrose, the butterfly weed is gone, I have you down for sweet shrub and I have extras of tall phlox so I'll add that to you too.

Winchester, KY(Zone 6a)

Wind, I've got Ipomoea lobata (Spanish Flag) for you :-)

frausnow, I have marigolds for you as well, collected from Park's Whopper hybrids. Also have black single hollyhocks and a mix of pink, rose, and peach hollyhocks as well. You mentioned Salvias on your want list, I have S.coccinea 'Hummingbird Red' and 'Coral Nymph'. Have some snapdragon pods drying, and looks like there's plenty of seed falling out already- they're tall mixed colors.

From your have list, I'm interested in Celosia cristata, Lance leaved Coreopsis, mixed pink Sweet William, yellow Scabiosa, and Japanese red maple.

Cordeledawg, I'd like some of both Coreopsis tinctora colors you have, as well as false sunflower and any or all of your Echinacea.

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

Frausnow may I have American Beautyberry and Japanese Maple?

Mamawk, is you Yucca fifilera hardy in your zone, if it is I waould like that please.

Winchester, KY(Zone 6a)

Wind, I just saw something on your have list I'd love, Browallia viscosa.

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

>>Mygypsyrose, the butterfly weed is gone

gypsyrose -- I have some Butterfly Weed if you need some. I'll go thru what i have to see how many 'packets' i can get out of it. I should have it blooming next year, so then i will have more seeds than i know what to do with.

And -- I do believe I do not have Mex. Sunflower. So, i'll take some.

Terese

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Gotcha Neal.

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

I am adding on to my list Wahoo - Eastern Burning bush. This is a native to our area it is not the small decorative one but http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/2665/ I didn't add it earlier because I was waiting for an ID.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Can I have some of that burning bush Robyn

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

Yes you can Deb. It's a nice small tree and the birds love it. I have it next to my bedroom window and I can always wake up to the chatters of the feathered kind when ever I want. Even in the winter the Cardinals just seem to sit in it all day. It brought all kinds of butterflies too.

Edmond, OK(Zone 7a)

frausnow - I'll put you down. Is your amaryllis spoken for yet? I love the challenge of seeds and then having the surprise of the unknown color.....kinda like Christmas.

Lala - I wasn't going to tell on you! I'm paranoid of missing someone too!

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

How long would you say it takes to be say, 5' tall? Three years or more from seed?

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

OK... now i am completely out of any Flax Linum's both Red and Blue.

and only ONE more Scabiosa 'Blanca'

and YES i do have Cypress Vine, so i can give it to which ever Storm Victim needed it.
Either let me know who needs it. or Star gets it anyways.

Terese

Akron, PA(Zone 6b)

Updating my list daily as I find more seeds and I have to go through more of the inventory still...

For the time being, I am closing the salvia "Blue Queen" and "Rose Queen", but I will make sure I can cover the requests to date...If I have any more, I will post it on my list on the other thread...

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

I would say at least 3, but with your zone it might do it in 2 since you have a longer growing cycle.

Darn did I miss out on Ammy seeds. If they are older than 3 - 4 months the germination is cut in half and not as viable.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Good evening, everybody! I can see I have some catching up to do... and I wasn't away that long! :-)

Please click on this link to move to the continuation thread for this swap discussion... This one is getting close to 200 posts, so it's time!
