This is probably very easy for you all but the newbie here forgot the name of this plant i got at the local nursery. What is it? :)

It's a Christmas or thanksgiving cactus. It's in the Genus Schlumbergera. Try looking it up in the Plantfiles. There are dozens of different colored cultivars and I'm sure you can find the exact cultivar you have.
