SIXTEEN close cousins! Yowzer! But it is encouraging to hear that SOME kids do learn from other's mistakes. Gives me cause to keep wagging my tongue at mine. tee hee hee

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Moby, her one month picture is just precious!

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

She is so cute and so perfect " Oh I am glad I am old "'
Or looking at her would get me in trouble ?

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

And the rest of us too! Sure makes you want to have your own again.

Until you comes to your senses...being a GM is much better! LOL

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Oh yes!!! Being a GM is the best! Too much responsibility with being the parent. The GM gets all the fun without so much worry.

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Counting down -- only about 10 more weeks and I will be a grandma!! :-)

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

You will love it, Terrie!!! Keep us posted... ;)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Looking forward to hearing all about it!

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

just checking on new Granny making sure
you are doing every thing right. LOL
It is so much more fun being granny than mommy .

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

That's for certain!

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

I know being a Granny & spoiling kids will be fun, but I think I will wait. I have enough grey hair now without worrying about a pregnant young daughter!

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

We have a date! I will be a grandmother a week from Friday, March 4th!! The baby is frank breech, so DD has to have scheduled C-section. Can you tell I'm excited? LOL

Terrie

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

YEA!

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

more baby pic from you new Granny's is so sweet
To see the little cheery faces and that just grandmas kids are sweet looking too ?
LOL

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Terri,
Watch your mailbox next week! I'm finishing something up for that sweet little Grandbaby.... :)

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

How sweet, Wanda! I love getting surprises in the mail! Mary, any more pics of that darling baby of yours?

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Heck, Mary probably has her house PLASTERED with grandbaby photos by now.... :)

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Come on, Mary, let's see your little angel!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Working on that... the last couple of workweeks have been horrendous and the kids have been pretty too. Tried to get together a couple of times, but couldn't for one reason or another. Need to get my hands on that little sweetie ~

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Moby--been pretty hectic here too. I know what you mean...

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Look what that sweet Wanda has gone and sent me!!

Isn't she just a doll? :)

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Wow, that's beautiful, Wanda!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Here is one of Miss Elli ~

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Miss Elli is a little doll! You're not spoiling her are you, Mary? :-)

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Elli's big enough for an exersaucer already? Wow, time goes by so fast. She is so beautiful, Moby....I hope you're spoiling her! =)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I only have 3 or 4 little goodies for her stashed away at any given time. That's isn't spoiling, is it?

Gee, in that pic I think she is wearing one of the little outfits I got her....

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

So sweet and and happy,
Wanda, did a beautiful job on blanket ,
Sob i can not sew on a button .

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Me, neither, Tazzy. I am all thumbs.

I already have several things stashed in my closet. Have already started an Easter basket, too! (grins)

Moab, UT(Zone 6b)

I crocheted a lap sized afghan once.
And one winter I made granny square hats
Am in awe of such fine work as that of Wanda.

And !wow! on what 3 months brings. She's sitting up and doing exercises? What an absolute cutie. ;-)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Well, I don't think she was sitting up so much as she was 'cradled' in the seat and just happened to pop her little face up.
However, being the wonder-child that she is, she's probably faking the helpless baby part. ;)

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

I had to learn to sew on buttons--mom had 8 kids & could barely keep up with the wash. I wanted doll clothes & learned to cut my own patterns & sew them up. My Grandma taught me to bake, crochet & quilt when she moved in with us--mom didn't have much time.

I crochet now when I watch TV , attend a meeting Or have to wait somewhere. Keeps me from stuffing my mouth. Little baby afghans are easy---I get to change color & pattern before I get tired of it. And someone is always having a new precious baby.

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

I'll be a grandmother tomorrow! C-section is scheduled for noon (Central) time so I should have little Autumn in my arms by 12:30 (or whenever they let me get my hands on her)! :-)

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

I'm so excited for you Terrie! Can't wait to see pics!

Moab, UT(Zone 6b)

Terrie, doesn't mommy get her hands on her first?

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I hope Terrie doesn't give the surgeon an elbow in the nose trying to get to the baby! ;)
