Jnette, obviously is for Jeanette. I live in a very rural area and our first internet server was working out of his bedroom. ( Kind of like my Brugs come to think of it.) Anyway, his system would not allow for all of the vowels in Jeanette so we had to take some out.

my name really is Pebble, and no...it's not because of the Flintstones....my parents were leaving in Turkey at the time and hadnt even heard of them .....My father's name was Stony, and when I was born, I was his little Pebble.....and no....they weren't hippies....(lol just the thought makes me giggle...)
I always thought I would like to carry the theme over into my children's name, but I didnt....probably just as well
I was a brug addict, on a much smaller scale then the pros here, and here I have several that I keep coaxing, hoping next year I will see some blooms. this year, I am sorry to say I neglected all my plants, I was working such long and crazy hours. but this year, I will devote time to my brugs.

Hi Ya'll. As you can tell I'm a Texan. I am a new subscriber as of Jan.1, but have been a member since last Feb.1. So I have been reading this forum often for almost the last year.I have multiple addictions most of them plants. Brugs have gotten to the top of my list. Mskritterkeeper was very kind and generous and gave me cuttings of her white and pink ones. They gave me my first blooms this fall. I don't know how I will ever be able to live without them in my yard for the rest of my life. My current goal is to someday have a double pink that Monika has resently posted a pic of. Somedaaaaaay------I'll have them ALL lol

I recieved free Brugs cuttings from ilovejesus99 just last month. Per a thread here in the forum I started them in water. They both have started some great roots and I plan on potting them this weekend and leaving them indoors until spring. As always I will be leaning on the combined streangth and knowledge of the great group that is DG! I am already on the list but FYI my real name it is George an ancient name that means "one who works with the soil" or "farmer" . Seems to fit lol. I go by jester on many web sites. I like jester's and have a few dolls and wall hangings. I even have my own hat somewhere. I am the father of four one of wich (a six year old) has the gardening bug.
