Member Input on Lilium in the PDB

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Brenda, I think this sounds like a really good plan.

One question though, in regards to the a, b and c ~ we know what these mean, but will there be any notation for the novice as to what these mean?

Lenexa, KS(Zone 6a)

I would envision that for both the Division and the Flower Habit we would display on a PDB entry the Division # or Flower Habit code (a, b, or c) along with the definition text (Asiatic, Martagon, Oriental, etc) and (Up facing, out facing and down facing).

I should have said earlier that we need to allow multiple entries in the Flower Habit field for those cultivars with a "a/b" registration classification.

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Yep. I can make these changes, but I need to double-check with Dave before I re-arrange the existing order of categories by inserting these into what's already there. Stay tuned - it could be done early tomorrow, or it could take us a bit ;o)

Stop the presses .... I forgot one category.....

Flower Shape

Trumpet
Bowl
Flat
Recurved
Ruffled (this is not under 'shape' on the registration form but is a separate registration data field--I suggest we combine it with Flower Shape.

Also I just double-checked the fragrance on the registration form and the options are:

Flower Scent?
None
Lightly scented
Strongly scented.

(Terry - I'm emailing you a modified data field listing suggestion).
