Rained all night and now it's going to rain all day.

We had rain last night and it might still be raining today. But I hope it clears up. It's not cold now but most of my plants are inside gh. I have problems watering them in winter.
I'm growing mgs inside that need to go into bigger pots bad.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Drizzling here with high of 50 today. Nice day to stay inside and quilt for awhile.

Beautiful bloom Jackie. Sorry to hear about your daughter. Praying you avoid those germs.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Linda, me too. I had already been sick with something, no idea what it was.
They tested me for covid at an urgent care here in town, never calling me with the results
I'm feeling better so hoping I don't catch her covid. Dangerous for a person my age.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Keep a bottle of sanitizer with you.
Stay safe.

Beautiful pink Jacobinia bloom Jackie.
Stay safe, hope your daughter gets better soon.
We had some rain here and it's been warm here too. Still haven't got my seedlings in bigger pots yet.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena. Dd still has stuffy nose but I seems to be getting better, Her cough'is much better too. They gave her anti-virals which are helping but it makes her food taste awful nasty. Now she's telling me that she feels worse today. I think that happens with covid. Hopefully she'll feel better again tomorrow.
Found my yellow mg, ochracea, blooming but did not get a good pic.

We didn't get much rain.
Hope your daughter gets better Jackie. My dh complains all the time after COVID of food not tasting good like before.
I love your yellow ochracea, wish they would bloom in summer for us.
My two cactuses blooming, the red is from last year, I bought the pink 2 weeks ago.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Merry Christmas ladies.
I know it's going to be busy for all you.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

I'm so far behind, I'll never get it done now. No gifts purchased yet, smh

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I sent cash to everyone of the grandkids. Handmade quilts to the adults. I am done.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Linda, I'm giving cash to my g kids too., they can get what they want and no disappointments . I know what m' grown kids want and DH can get what he wants. That way no returns. I don't really care to celebrate Christmas this yr with
every thing going on.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

It's been a hard year here too, with hubby fighting colon cancer, we lost both our dogs and my parrot I have had for 42 years.
Praying next year is better.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Linda, praying your hubby Todd is successful with his battle with colon cancer.
I had a friend who survived colon cancer with the Essiac tea from the health food store.
Sorry about your dogs and your parrot. We lost our dog and our horse this yr too,
So painful

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I will have to look for that tea.

Never easy losing our pets.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

The Essiac tea is amazing, a great cancer fighter

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Gautier, MS

Sorry I've been absent for a bit. A lot going on here.
Hope all is going good for you Linda and Jackie.
