Gardening is a lot of work, that's for sure.
Those blooms are beautiful.
Beautiful blooms Jackie. Love all those colors.
Glad you got your green house ready for all your plants.
I still have not done anything with mine. I'm good
at procrastinating.
Thanks girls.
Helena, hope you get your g house winter ready before too long. I couldn't wait any longer, we could get a freeze or frost anytime now,
Helena, those are beautiful. Those first two are stunning.
Helena, no rain here for over a month and pretty much the entire state under a burn ban.
Gorgeous higes
Helena, those are beautiful. Thanks for posting them.
Lovely hige pics Helena. I like the pretty white too as well as the shibori and pink bloom.
Still have up to 100 plants to get back in the greenhouse. It could get near freezing this coming Tues or Wed night,. One thing that's taking me so long is I'm also trying to pot up some of them to bigger pots as I go. This was work I should have done this summer but couldn't because of the excessive heat.
From last yr
Beautiful blooms Jackie. Good luck getting your plants in. The greenhouse..
We are expecting cooler weather as well Wed. High of 68, and a low of 45..
Thanks Linda. I hope to get lots more in the g house tomorrow.
I got all my plants in by Tues morning. so relieved. I need to repot quite a few of them but will get to it when I can.
In the meantime someone has dropped off a mama cat and 3 babies on us, smh !!!
Oh My! Just what you needed.
Lol Linda. All my animals were given to me as drop offs.
Hope Helena is ok, no posts for several days.
There are so many stray animals out here too. We live on the outskirts of town. There are always new cats or dogs showing up all the time. Most of the properties are fenced, but they still find ways to get in our yard.
I feel so sorry for them Linda.. I run up and down the highway feeding strays.
I do too, but I get mad at those that won't be responsible for them, and just drop them off somewhere hoping they'll be ok.

There will always be irresponsible people, so I just concentrate on helping the animals.
Sure hope we hear from Helena soon. Praying she is OK.
This is the longest she has ever gone without posting here on our forum, so
very worried about her.
Thanks for checking in Helena. Glad you are doing ok.
Beautiful bloom.
I was getting ready to write to your family Helena. That's how worried I was.
Glad you finally checked in.
Beautiful pink bloom
Beautiful blooms Jackie. Really love that mandevilla..
Thanks Linda. I tried to post yesterday and couldn't. How tiresome this is'getting to be.
Some day I hope they will fix things here.
We can only hope.
Love your blooms Jackie. Sorry I went missing again. I haven't checked on my blooms yet. I know my wild indica vines has blooms now and then. Think I'll go check on them now.
Helena, my indica has not made any blooms for 2 years. I need to get it out of the pot and into the ground. It;s drying out all the time in that pot, not enough dirt to hold any water.
Send pics of yours when you can.
Well, I finally got a little bit of help from my almost 16 year old and got my cactuses into the greenhouse. But ended up with having more work to repot b/c some were coming out of their pots.
Had 2 higes blooms this morning. We need rain bad here. Sorry to hear your indica hasn't bloomed for you Jackie. Mine is wild and took over half the back yard. I keep thinking I'm going to pull some up then it starts blooming and I leave it.
Helena, those are beautiful blooms.
Glad you got some help.
Linda, yes wonderful when we get a little help. Helena and I not spring chickens
anymore, lol
Lovely higes Helena,
Waiting on those strong storms here and hoping they won't be too bad.
Praying the storms go around you all.
Dallas and Oklahoma got hit last night with tornados.
Thanks Linda, we were spared here. I hope there was no fatalities where they were hit hard.
