April is Awesome!!

I am behind again! My granddaughter, Samantha, graduated from UCA on Saturday and we were gone all week-end. There are photos of the graduation and celebration party on my FB page if any of you are interested in looking at them. Her degree is in Theater with a minor in Art. I won't re-post them here. She already has a job offer from the Denver Center of Performing Arts as a set designer which is what she wants to do. If she takes this offer, she will be moving to Denver, CO in August.

Everyone's photos are good and your gardens are all looking beautiful!

My clematis that I thought were deformed have fully opened and are beautiful. I posted them on FB too but will re-post one here. It is Crystal Fountain. I also have Kardynal Wyszenski blooming and Nelly Moser, too. Elaine, I am still waiting for a bloom from one that you gave me. I can never remember the name of it, though, although I do have it labeled. Sweet Autumn is really growing but it will be a while before it blooms.

I'll be back later with a new thread for May.

Marilyn Denver is a great place to live. My niece lives in Fort Collins, CO. They moved there from Germantown, TN. They are out exploring somewhere almost every weekend. Lots to do.

I have Sweet Autumn and it blooms later in the season. At least for me. And the blooms are a small type of bloom. Different from the other clematis

Central, LA(Zone 8b)

She'll love Denver. It is certainly beautiful country!! Congrats!!!
