Have you all seen the snow hitting Buffalo? Can you believe how many of the Buffaloans were snowed in on the freeway for 16 hours? I cannot imagine being snowed in any where but home!

I Agree Anita Looks as the Snow is south of us but we might get maybe 2 IN's if lucky & What better place then home to get snowed in Unless it was with other Gardening friends :)

Morning all, I went to bed too early last night and woke up at 3;30 am. Of course, I had to be at work at 7am. I was afraid that if I went back to bed I would over sleep...story of my life! LoL

We're suppose to have some snow coming in for the next 24 hours but it has not started yet. Wouldn't it be cool to get snow in with gardening friends, (if I cant be snowed in with Idris Elba)? How much fun would that be? Some good wine, good food, and friends (or Idris) to share it with.

I'm guessing Feb. 28th for MAXINE to have ahold of the Robin

We ended up with 3 inches yesterday so not too bad. DD wrecked her car sliding onto black ice late last night but wasn't badly hurt and is doing okay. I just wish April was here ^_^ I just like getting stuck with DH because he works so much and then I get him all to me! He can drive in this stuff and I can't so if I need to go anywhere he's able to take me so that's extra good.

DJ, have you updated who's on the second go-round recently? I've been finding a few wants off others' lists and wanted to add their envies to the box if they're on the second time around.

Janae, I'm glad your DD is okay! Whoa! I'm with you on not driving on the snow. I'm the only person on the road driving 10 mph. LoL everyone goes around and flips me off but I could care less! LoL I want to go home and make a big pot of vegetable stew and not leave home until it's time to plant flowers. LoL

Anita - you aren't the only one going 10 mph on the roads in the snow - I am too. I hate driving in the snow. I am another one that has DH take me to work and pick me up when we have snow. Personally, I hate the stuff. I always said I could easily hibernate the entire winter - all I need is somebody to bring me my groceries and somebody to take out my trash!

Anita...... Love Victoria Ann. I googled her and it states 'white blooms with lavendar tips'. Hmmmmm, is she ready to be divided? I would be interested. I know I have dahlia tubers that need to be divided as well.

LoL @ Lavina! Carolyn and Susie, I could kick myself because I did not label any of my Dahlias. I would share with you all in a heartbeat but I don't know which is which. This was my first year with Dahlias and I did not use a thick stake so my babies started toppling over breaking the stakes. To save them I cut them down earlier and tried to nurse them back along. I will plant them again next year and I promise I will make them and share with you. They are much bigger now than they were when I planted them.

I love them all. Even the wee ones. I have a bunch that are just labled pot dahilas 'red, white, or pink' and then some other pot dahilas that are labeled 'yellow or orange'....
