Allison, Your journal is hugh! Can you please check and see if you have any seeds of these plants:

Viola Penny Sunrise
Viola Angel Amber Kiss
Ratibidia - either type
Coneflower Green Jewel
Agastache Alcapulco Orange
Persian Shield
Pineapple Sage

Thanks!!

Delray Beach, FL(Zone 10b)

I have the following seeds from my garden. I have plenty, enough for at least 10 generous packs of each:

Yellow French Marigold-short 6-8", gardadore
Yellow African Marigolds-tall 10-12+", gardadore
the marigolds match
Russian Mammoth Sunflowers :Roses R Red, luvsgrtdanes, Jan23, Ronni via stormy,
Star of Yelta Morning glory -Ipomoea purpurea
Shasta Daisy Alaska-original seed from Martha Stewart, these from my garden
Mixed NOID shorter, small flowered yellow sunflowers from seeds planted by neighbor's kid in my garden, probably from birdseed mix -2 trades

I got two types of vitex tree-chaste tree- from a recent swap-alba and unknown (I assume lavender). I checked the plant files some are hardy to zone 5 others to zone 6 or 7. I am unfamiliar with this type of tree and have enough seeds to plant a forest.

I have purple heart Tradescantia pallida
http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/186408/
I hang it outside in the summer, but bring it in for the winter. I have a couple pieces that broke off rooting in water and can cut a few sprigs more, if need be. It survives neglect and does pretty well.

If anyone has a burning desire for pachysandra I will try to pry some loose from the ground for you.

I can also check for intact black walnut nuts from nearby trees if anyone wants them. They tend to get moldy and buggy if kept, so I would pick them close to the time of the swap. I will check them and clean them up but if you want them you should plant them right away (outside should be alright). They are big messy trees that secrete juglone, which inhibits the growth of other plants. There was a related article here recently.

Sharing from trades, may have more when piggy swap arrives:

Rose of Sharon lilac with red center-20 seeds from trade-4 packs of 5-gardadore,
Rose of Sharon white with red center-20 seeds from trade-4 packs of 5
Callicarpa-Profusion-Beautyberry-1 trade
Texas Persimmon-Diospyros texana-zone 8+tree, possible bonzai-1 trade a few big seeds
Hebe Speciosa-shrub burgundy leaves magenta flowers-zone 8+ -2 trades
Radar Love Clematis-yellow-2 trades tails still attached
Alcea Rugosa-yellow perennial hollyhock-2 trades 10 seeds
Black Cohosh-Actaea racemosa-5 trades of 10+

I am getting my seeds packed labeled in advance so that I have time to help out and visit. Should I plan for 12-20 people? I'd rather have too many than too few. If anyone wants anything from my list, dmail me and I will bring an extra with your name on it!

I am a new gardener, looking to add more plants for a cottage feel to my garden, plant more veggies. I will baby along a tropical perennial if it catches my fancy. My seed starting efforts last spring were discouraging, but I have learned ways to improve this year. I am also trying winter sowing for the first time. Within a year or two, I am hoping to move into larger place with more garden space. I am currently in a townhome community. My neighbor jokingly said I could plant my veggies next to his end unit. I am seriously considering it! I am so glad to have the opportunity to talk to local gardeners and try plants that have been successful for them!

Wanted
edible rhubarb - bought plants and killed them by planting by black walnut trees, couldn't find any this year
ground covers for between paving stones in sunny southern exposure between flower beds
culinary herbs
fragrant flowers
cottage style flowers in pastel shades
trailing plants for containers such as lobelia, petunias, creeping herbs
morning glories especially I. nil, I. tricolor and Japanese varieties
Persian shield plant or cutting-traded for one, but it rotted before it rooted, darn

I will be sending out my seeds to Stormy on Wednesday, hopefully thay will be in her hands to take to this swap. If there is anything on my list that you want me to set aside for you, please d-mail me and I'll be happy to make you a zip-lock baggie (all seeds are in their own packets) just for you.
Check out my list on the Feb seed swap thread. http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1064709/

Chris

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Here's my list of seeds available for the swap. My seeds have all been prepacked and are pretty much in lots of at least 25 per pack, with some having as much as 40. If there are more than one pack available, I've indicated the # of packs after the name.

If you want fewer seeds and the single pack has been spoken for, maybe you can write to whomever claimed it and see if they are willing to split it with you. I had to prepack them all in order to separate them for both swaps. Unless otherwise noted, all flowers are perennials, except for some of the poppies, which are self seeding annuals.

Thank you stormyla:

I would also like the Danish flag poppy (Not quite the Norwegian flag, but close, and stunning by white roses if they germinate.)

I tried several types of poppy seeds inside this spring, but only got a couple fragile hairs that never got large enough to plant. I only tried part of the pack, so I wintersowed some more. I am hoping for success. You seem to have success with all types of poppies, do you have any tips?

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Yes, don't sow them indoors. They need cold.

Saylorsburg, PA(Zone 6a)

Everyone, please note that I have finally started my HAVE list above! Do check back periodically as I plan to add a few more selections.

Stormyla, I would be interested in some Digitalis laevigata Grecian Foxglove; Yellow Four 0'Clocks; Helenium Autumnale - Sunshine Hybrid; and Soldiago - Golden Fleece

Carolyn22 - I would appreciate some Rudbeckia Herbstonne.

Gardenquilts, I would love some of your Marigolds (both offerings) as I have no more seeds left!!

Thank you all! I have also entered these wants in my Want list above to keep my records straight!

gardadore

I have both marigolds for you. I have lots, envelops with a fat pinch inside. I'll make sure you don't run out again. Do you want 2 or more envelops of each? I use the stems to enrich the soil/cover plants in fall, so I remove all the seeds. I also deadhead during the season to get more blooms. Of course, I can't throw the seeds away.

I am interested in some of your seeds (I also posted to the list, seems some people prefer 1 way or another)

Morning Glory Early Call - usually I. nil
Morning Glory Candy pink - Ipomoea nil
Morning Glory Blue Star-I. tricolor
Morning Glory Carnival of Venice -I. purpurea-can split, 5 seeds
Morning Glory Hederifolia var. Lutea Butter Yellow Trumpet
Morning Glory-Milky Way-I. purpurea
Poppy Pepperbox Breadseed Poppy

Delray Beach, FL(Zone 10b)

kallyg

I would love leaf/cuttings of pigs ear kalanchoe stonecrop and baby aloe. Sorry that I won't get a chance to meet you in person at the swap.

Athens, PA

Gardadore - the Herbstonne are yours.

I will edit my want list when I get home from work tonight....

R-R-R - I would be interested in a a package of zinnia wedding bells white if you have any extras.

Carolyn

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Folks, Please don't post request for seeds from the Frederick swap on this thread. It will get too confusing. Also, people who are not attending this swap may not be watching this thread.

GardenQuilts, I will Dmail you about your request.

Carolyn, Gardadore, GardenQuilts and Onewish, I've been able to set aside all of your requests unless previously noted. Oh, what pretty gardens we are going to have!!

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Gardadore, May I please have some

Morning Glory Rose Feather
Morning Glory Heavenly Blue
Poppy Pepperbox Breadseed

Thanks

Saylorsburg, PA(Zone 6a)

Have updated all your wants - check to be sure I have not left anyone or anything out!!

Added Rhubarb Victoria for GardenQuilts or anyone else if interested. (I understand this variety germinates and grows really easily.) I, too have had bad luck when buying the bare roots. They seem to rot easily.

GardenQuilt, I don't need THAT many Marigolds!! No more than 50 seeds from each would be fine. Others may want some as well. But I would like one pack of your Rose of Sharon lilac with red center.

RRR I am happy with just 10 of the 20 callirhoe poppy mallow wine cups if anyone else has expressed an interest!!

Delray Beach, FL(Zone 10b)

I am sorry that I got confused with the two swaps. Hope that I didn't lead anyone else astray.

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

NO problem, GQ.

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Jessica,

So far you are the only one who wanted the callirhoe poppy mallow wine cups. If anyone else wants some, let us know so that I can change the numbers.

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

I'm sending my seeds via Stormy, I'll post later tonight what I have before I list all the ones I want!! LOL

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Carolyn,

Actually, I was confused when I thought that the 8 zinnia wedding bells seeds were gone.

They're yours.

Athens, PA

Thank you.

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Stormy,

I'd like to find a spot to start your Sambucus Nigra - Elderberry and would appreciate some hints if you have done this.
