As Long As There Are Mountains......

Albuquerque, NM(Zone 7b)

Hope you have a good wetsuit Sofer. Mt. St. Elias certainly sticks up there. Nice picture.

I was explaining how big Mt. McKinley was to Zerbeebee the other day as he has to do a report on Denali. We were looking at Sandia mountains and I explained that if you left the base where it was and then took three Sandias and stacked them on top of each other you would be close to McKinley in height.

Gorgeous pic!

Wowzer, that's a beauty!

Gastonia, NC(Zone 7b)

Yes, gorgeous! Alaska definitely has superior mountains........

Los Alamos, NM(Zone 5a)

Gosh, Sof, your pictures of mountains in Alaska make me think I should go there, revising my previous position that I don't want to go any place that is cold. I am still not up for a trip to Antarctica, though.

PJ, go for the summer solstice. It's a hoot! Warm and comfy, too. And you can make midnight sun tea.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

WOWSER! Great pic sof! I am particularly fond of black panthers and jag-u-aers but I don't have any living with me as they would eat the COC.
