First, I want to apologize for the poor photo quality. Every time I see this beauty, it catches me off guard and I\'ve yet to get a good, clear photo. The first picture I got was from a kitchen window, it was sitting in my neighbor\'s tree. In the following three, it was across the street in a walnut tree that\'s approximately 50 feet tall; this raptor is quite sizable. I assume it\'s a hawk of some sort, but I can\'t seem to find one with this color pattern. I thought it may be a juvenile, but it\'s so large that I don\'t think that could be the case. I\'m lost at this point...any help is greatly appreciated!
