Comments regarding Onalee's Seeds, LLC

This was my second time ordering Japanese morning glory seeds from Onalee. I was very happy with the performance of the first group (a few years ago) and wanted to try some more this year. After browsing and sending in my web order, I was horrified to realize that I'd accidentally ordered the wrong specific variety (I. purpurea instead of I. nil) of the kind I wanted. I immediately emailed Onalee to tell of my stupid error and to ask if my order could be corrected to what I should have ordered in the first place. Knowing how most online shopping carts work ("garbage in/garbage out"!) I didn't have very high hopes. So it was a very pleasant surprise to receive a response to my email within less than 10 minutes and the change and correction to my order was completed almost immediately. It was one of the most pleasant efficient internet transactions I've done in a long long time. I received my seeds quickly and just can't wait to start them! :-) I will definitely be a repeat customer of Onalee Seeds every year from now on!

Excellent prices, quick service (was mailed out the same day). Also, I always hate it when a company charges you $8 shipping, and when you get the envelope, it says $00.42 for postage...not so with Onalee...in fact, for two packages of seeds, she charged me NOTHING to mail them. :)

The packaging for the seeds is great...they even show pictures of what the seedling will look like so that you don't think it's a weed by mistake and pull it out.

Poisonous seeds have HUGE writing on the package letting you know that they are dangerous, and to keep them away from children...if you have children as I do, this is a great feature.

I really enjoy her wide and bizarre selection of plants/seeds, and will be ordering again from her in the very near future.

I blinked and my seeds were here, complete instructions included. Did I mention free seeds? Yes, a free gift and loads of great customer service. Onalee deserves great customers and great customers deserve Onalee.

I ordered from Onalee last fall. The shipping was free and extremely fast, and the plant arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I have dealt with a great many seed companies worldwide. This compnay is incredible with fast delivery and very detailed instructions, Even photos of the seedlings to expect. I am bowled over, this is my future supplier. I live in Guatemala.

I've been a repeat customer of Ona Lee's since last spring when she shipped me a bunch of seeds internationally. She was prompt and kind enough to boost my shipping to Global International priority mail, which I really appreciated. I rec'd my seeds in less than a week. I was VERY impressed by the packaging -- quite detailed planting instructions and even photographs of the sprouts so you know what to look for. Onalee is running a darn good little business and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in the excellent selection she carries.

I ordered seed packets and they arrived promptly. As a new gardener, I very much appreciate the photos of the seedlings on the back of the seed packets. I am sure that if I have questions, I can always ask about the seeds I have purchased.

I ordered the seeds, moonflower bush to be exact, and they were processed and send immediately. I e-mailed a few questions and Onalee responded right back to me. This lady is on the ball. and now can not wait until spring to plant. Would not hesitate to order from Onalee again.

I live in Singapore and placed my first order with Onalee some 5 or 6 weeks ago. My order came very promptly. Love Onalee's WYSIWYG pricing (no "extra" charge for shipping & handling unless you opt for insurance and delivery confirmation for a very reasonable $3) and lightning-fast shipping. It helps immensely that she accepts PayPal. No waiting for snail mail to get payment to her. Can't wait to plant some of the interesting things I ordered!

I ordered a Blue Dawn Flower Morning Glory Plant and received a bonus plant as well. The plants were received in excellent condition (packed well and the soil was still moist) and ready for planting.
