(I did get two "duds" in my order of saffron crocus, but I decided not to contact them about it as it was two bulbs out of 100 saffron crocus that I ordered. Everything else was very healthy.) Overall, a good experience, especially the sale items. I will be ordering from them again. |

It seems they had several problems with crocosmia this year. Per his instructions, I contacted them by telephone, and was offered a full refund. I chose instead to take a store credit and ordered fall bulbs. I appreciate the contact and the very helpful customer service, and will look forward to my scilla beds. |

It's not profitable and it takes a lot of time and trouble. So I appreciate those phone calls. I would hate to get the rest of the order and find no tuberoses, then try to place another order after they'd run out of singles as well. But that won't happen. Because Becky bothered to call me on the phone and talk to me. |

Assuming that spring performance is on par with winter disposition, I would order from these guys any day of the week and twice on Sundays. If you live in a zone that tolerates December planting, you've got to check out the B&B close-out sale - the combination of price and quality makes it a steal. |
