Rhaphidophora Species, Mini Monstera (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma)

This plant is commonly called "Mini Monstera". I bought this plant in a 6" pot about 1 1/2 years ago. It put on a lot of growth this summer, and is putting out lots of new stems and aerial roots, looking for something to cling to for climbing.
