Almost 3' long (32") and 3.5' wide (40") - 31 pounds

These pieces were cooked and used to make a puree in breads. One squash can make many loaves, I was getting about around 5 cups of cooked, drained, puree per squash.

Green Hubbard squash puree. This is one tasty squash -and IMO- better than many pumpkins.
