'Salome' is a "pink" daffodil...the color develops from apricot to soft peach, not rosy pink. A late bloomer and not as domineering as some others.

Taken 27th April, 10 days after the first flower on the left opened. They start yellow and fade to a soft pink with a gold frilly rim.

The throat is yellow and shows through on the back where it joins the stem, as can be seen on those in the background.

Salomes that didn't turn pink! (Same property, two different bulbsources, had same results!)
