It looks like a philodendron to me.

SW, WI(Zone 4b)

I believe it's Peperomia scandens.

Mchenry, IL(Zone 5a)

It's called a Pothos, super easy plant requires very little light, but doesn't like to drown or dry too much, just feel the soil. The more light the faster it'll grow.

Buffalo, NY

Looks like Peperomia to me too Nan.

Roma, TX(Zone 9b)

Its a philodendron, and actually does not require too much light and can go without being watered for a long time. I have one in my kitchen and I prune it every spring so it will not get too leggy.

Could you post a pic of your philodendron so I could compare it to ours.

Craryville, NY

Looks like a Philo to me too....

Philadelphia, PA(Zone 7a)

It is not Philodendron oxycardium scandens- look at where the petiole attaches to the leaf.

It's a peperomia of some sort.

Anchorage, AK

I have to differ with the peperomia. I agree it sure looks one heck of a lot like a Heart leaf philodendron / Philodendron Cordatum.
