I have to admit, it does look better painted. LOL First time I've ever seen that solution, though.

Someone asked me why I don't just cut them off instead of paint them. I must have over 1,000 and it would take too long to cut every one so there are some that have been cut and some haven't and some are sprayed. The ones in my line of sight get the most attention.
You have over 1000 astilbes? I can't even keep one alive. What is your secret?
