Jungle Heights

Not out of the woods yet for an arctic blast, but after a relatively mild winter here, our gardens are poised for a robust season provided this very dry season comes to an end soon.

The first to awaken in the front garden is the pink magnolia

More pink are miniature azaleas that bloom faithfully year after year, a bargain brought back from the plant sales in my building at work.

Wow! You have so much in bloom. Most of mine is still sleeping. I did have a small red tropical hibiscus bloom in the swinghouse the other day, and the yellow jasmine is budding.

Everything in the Jungle looks great as usual! Very nice! I'm very thankful that we have had a fairly mild winter so far!!!!! We definately could use some rain.
