Thank you, Donna. I appreciate that.

Wow, Allison - what's not blooming for you now?!! Some of the night shots are dynamite. Love that last begonia and the MOP and blue balloons.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

thank you Victor.... I am learning from the best on here everyday...

the dwarf blues I planted in front of the tall blue ones... going to look like one big plant when the tall ones behind open up... it was actually an accident that works for me

there are soooo many begonias not blooming yet.... but they are getting huge... can't wait

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Did you start the begonias in pots?

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

small pots inside... was around march 2nd... then transferred to larger ones later... i am wondering if some of the huge tubers aren't going to bloom as good as the smaller new ones... a few of them are bigger than a softball... would take me two hands to hold them... I think that's the third year maybe fourth ... don't know how long they are good for

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - never saw them that big.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

figures in the photos i took when they were still inside... you can't see that one... but I put the small ones in the cow pots.. and had to make some big newspaper pots for the others that wouldn't fit... and some I did start in a 12" pot... there are only 4 of them in the pot on the far end of the photo... and some kong coleus seedlings I stuck in between where there was a small piece of dirt

Holy cow!!! You guys have been busy!! Polly - thanks for the d-mail, yes, the leaves are similar to my other Toad lilies. I don't remember planting it and it's blooming now, while my others are not even close to bloom yet.

Here's an DL...
