EZ Flo- need an organic water soluble fertilizer for lawn

Pflugerville, TX(Zone 8b)

Does anyone have any experience with fertilizer injectors like the EZ flo system? http://www.ezfloinjection.com Ive been reading and reading on them and besides the EZ Flo brand fertilizer I can use any "water soluble ORGANIC fertilizer" in the system. Problem is its hard to find a fertilizer that matches that description...lol. Any ideas?

Lincoln, CA(Zone 9b)

I have an EZ-Flo system that injects into my irrigation manifold for my two lawn areas and all areas irrigated by drip system. I like the idea of micro-feeding my yard and plants. It requires a water soluble fertilizer that doesn't clog my drip emitters.

I've been using Grow More fertilizer. It comes in quite a few choices. In the spring I used 10-20-30 and a week ago I used 28-8-18. I have the 1-1/2 gallon tank and they recommend 10 pounds of fertilizer at a time.

I bought my Grow More from Normac Irrigation Products which has stores in Northern California. It was $17 for 5 lbs and about $60 for 25 lb bags. Not cheap, huh? Their (lame) web site is http://www.growmore.com/ and it tells you about what products they make but not where you can get them. Berry Hill Irrigation web site is informative but it sounds like ordering 25 lb bags is pricey http://www.berryhilldrip.com/fertiliz.htm. Sprinkler Warehouse is pretty good as well http://www.sprinklerwarehouse.com/Fertilizer-System-s/515.htm.

I'm no help so far! I'm having a hard time finding fertilizer for my EZ-Flo. I need to email them about this.

I'll let you know if I find any more good sources.

I can't say anything especially applying to this system, but I find that liquid kelp is a great bio-stimulant for just about anything. It may be that you might use this just on occasion or more often. I use it mostly on my orchids, but also on sick plants. I don't recommend the kelp + fish products, too nasty smell and raccoon's broke the orchids.

I don't know but it sounds like kelp would clog my drip emitters.
