Clematis in my Gardens!

Sherrill, NY(Zone 5a)

Jeanne, how do you describe the color of Ramona? I'm looking for a pale purple to grow with the rose Westerland.

Mary..I would call "Ramona" a pale bluish purple...I have her planting with climbing rosa "Royal Sunset" so I think her combo with "Westerland" would be a wonderful one!!
Here is mine today!! I planted RS as a band so one day she will be magnificent on this post

I need your help identifying two clematis. At first I thought they were the same, but last night I studied them closely. The first one is pretty close to pure white, the second one has a light lavender coloring on the edges of the petals. I appreciate it.

Carolyn ..your second pic is Clematis "Claire de Lune"

And your first one could possibly be "SnowQueen"..I am seeing a tinge of mauve to the tepals and that is usually a dead giveaway on "SnowQueen"

Hopefully some more will chime in for their thoughts...Jeanne

Oh Jeanne thank you! I knew one of them was Claire, but I kept getting confused. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Off to make tags....
