Very Pretty! I know what you mean. Your winters are probably even longer than ours. I'm ready for Spring. Today was mild and springlike. I hope it continues. Lou

Beautiful Amaryllis!

I can't complain about winter ... we don't have much down here. We've been in the low 80's lately ... absolutely beautiful weather. Low humidity and balmy breezes. Unfortunately it won't be long before we are high 80's low 90's and the humidity will be just as high ... way too humid and sticky!

I read somewhere that Northern and Southern gardening seasons are opposites. In the North, gardeners enjoy summer in the garden and languish in the winter, while in the South, gardeners enjoy winter in their gardens and languish in the summer. Guess that's why there are so many retired "snowbirds"!

You are right we do languish in the winter especially this yearMy clivia is blooming so spring ia on ots way.I saw a robin out in the snow last week...I've never seen one this early here.I'd love to be a snowbird.
