That's how I do it too, Mags. :) (when I remember). :)
June 2 Lily photos. Post yours!!
It makes things look a bit more organized too.
I loved the pictures, thanks for sharing! I especially like the RED one..
I went out this morning to check on mine, had a stargazer that is about six years old and about four feet tall with huge fat buds, yesterday...this morning it is three feet at best with NO BUDS! CHOPPED OFF by deer, I saw their hoof prints! So discouraging! I knew they were eating the younger ones here and there, but they usually leave the tougher older ones alone, at least that is what I thought! I guess they have just missed a few by mistake, and will be back for them later...so aggravating!!! I hope some of them get a chance to bloom, I spent so much time and energy planting them this year, I put in about fifty new ones, so keeping my fingers crossed!
Have you tried Plantskydd? It has worked for me and I have quite the deer herd around here.
Never heard of it...what is it and where do I get some..lol
Okay, so you've never seen my testomonials...lol!
Here's the website, it also gives you local dealers.... Believe me when I say, I have tried just about everything and after using it this spring, I have seen tulips bloom that never bloomed before, lilies came up and are making it to blossom too.

WOW, how about that, that certainly doesn't happen very often...I will be going to town...lol
That is wonderful, they are not open on Monday though...lol I have some bloodmeal, should I just sprinkle some of that around in hopes of detering them until tomorrow....they are only about two miles from my home...so I can get some tomorrow for sure...
Very pretty Wanda!
Lots of buds here---give me a couple of weeks before I get serious lily blooms.
Yoohooo! More lilies from the warmer regions. Those are beautiful JanetS! Thanks for posting/sharing.
Kim
Thanks Rusty for the link.
Wow beautiful pictures. Capucchino bloomed yesterday. I'll post a pic tomorrow morning.
TwinLakes, is that the 'Cappucino' I gave you at the IARU? How did you like it?
Magnolia, yes it is and I just absolutely love it. It isn't quite light here but will get a picture this morning. I don't think a picture will do it justice . . it is sooo pretty. Thank you again. Every time I walk by it I think of you and how fun it was to meet you.
Very nice, TwinLakes, glad you liked it ;) (p.s. your tomatoes are doing great as is fern )
Nice colors! TwinLakes!
That's good to know; I was worried about the fern. I just love Capucchino . . . It's the only two color one I have and I can't begin to tell you how healthy it looks. Must be like Wanda said . . . they love cool rainy weather.
Thanks to magnolialover for bringing it for me.
TwinLakes, honestly & truly, you were the kind one ;0) I am thrilled that you liked it. I like the spotted ones & with any luck, you'll have some more from that one next year.
Right now it's the only beautiful thing in the garden. Lilies are fat and ready to pop but just not yet.
Good for you! Welcome to lily love. :)
Nice blooms, lilydaydreamer. I enjoy seeing them all.
really like your pink tiger!
