went to a RU testerday, got me all wound up like a little kid, it sure was fun.

That's some blue! I love that brick wall. Pep, pics!?! We have the Denver Botanic Garden sale next Saturday, so get to shop and meet the folks here in the Rocky Mountain region(ok- Colorado). Hopefully, I'll have a camera by then. Looking, and reading, like I haven't enough to do already. LOL Did the angle on thats frogs eyes change from vertical to horizontal, or is that just its lids?

Aw, come on. A little rain? LOL You guys still getting hammered? Fortunately, it wasn't to bad here. Had snow in the foothills, scattered rain here in town, and t-storms with tornadoes about 20-50 miles east. Glad it hasn't interfered with my gardening. Hope you get to avoid the bad storms, Pep.

Getting hammered right now and have been since early this morning.

Oh they had cannas for sale also. Pink stuggart and a few water cannas. One was variegated and sold on Friday. The pink stuggart wasn't very popular. lol. I have a lot of cannas now so I didn't get one.

Will post pics in a bit. Gotta finish resizing them.

The people down there said they had a 20 minute warning. That's what saved them.

OH and I are going to climb another Mountain today .

I heard on the radio upon waking up, that the only thing that survived was the bar. That is 2 towns wiped out this season,and it is young.

Yep, the tavern is now the morgue. 9 dead and at least 50 injured last I heard.

The weather changes every year. I am just glad we only got tons of rain earlier in the week. I really feel for those who are going through this.

BTW... is this thread taking longer to load? It sure seems to be for me and I have DSL.

It is. I usually have no problem with long threads and this one is taking forever. Ginger is off on a climb for a few days so we have to live with it unless someone wants to jump start a new thread for us.
