yes... I can keep them... in MA Eastern Painted Turtles are ok to keep up to 2... I would not keep them if it was not ok. I am a member of the MA Audubon Society and very committed to preserve the enviroment where I live... I feed the birds! I love nature... well the only thing I kill and I am happy about it are JAPANESE BEATTLES.... I HATE them...
