I have this plant , have had it for years,
but I can't remember the name of it

No it is not a plumie, I have one of those and they do not look anything like each other,
If I remember right the name starts with the letter E
lost my tag and have looked in my plant books and cannot find it,,

Madagascar Jewel ( euphorbia leuconeura)
